We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely come back.

The location was extremely convenient and it was a very clean property, both inside and out. The staff was very friendly. The common space was very spacious as was the dining area. The fountain soda machine was a plus!

I would have liked for the fountain soda machine to have been open 24/7, even if that meant using my room key to activate it for each use.

We were there for cheer competition at the convention center/ it was great to be able to just walk over Jacob, who worked at the restaurant bar area is a true asset- your morning staff for the buffet is amazing!

Location-excellent! We were attending an event at the Convention Center which was just across the street. Very comfortable beds loved the big bathroom the shower was great! The hotel staff were amazing!

I should have requested a higher floor. We were on the 2nd floor and looked out the window on the roof of the pool.😏 The hotel and staff were excellent!

This hotel is in an excellent location, clean, delicious buffet, and a great staff!

The breakfast and kickback was delicious and the staff did a fabulous job of making sure the food was fresh and constantly replenished. All of the employees were so friendly and were great at their jobs.

My only complaint is we needed more linens. The housekeeping only left us with 3 towels and 3 washcloths even though we had 4 adults registered for our room.

Beautiful hotel, good breakfast and evening “kickback”. Convenient to Pigeon Forge Main Street.

It was not as “pet friendly “ as we anticipated. The rules banned the dog from elevators, the lobby, and the very large dining area. They also required that the dog never be left alone in the room. These rules made eating breakfast and enjoying the kickback very difficult. They seemed to tolerate the dog in the elevator and crossing the lobby, but it made us feel uncomfortable.

Loved the kickback. Loved the oatmeal at breakfast. Loved the riverwalk behind the hotel.

Loved the kickback. The only thing was it was advertised as dog friendly . It was 50.00 a night which was way to high. And you were told your pup couldn't be anywhere in the hotel except your room. You were told you couldn't even ride elevator with dog you had to take the stairs. Also fire alarm went off at 5:00 am and no one came over intercom to announce it was false alarm.

One of our best stays in Pigeon Forge; can’t wait to go back!

This is a wonderful new hotel with a secure parking garage in a great location of Pigeon Forge. They include a complimentary breakfast every morning and snacks/dinner and drinks from 5-7 each night of your stay. The patio area is incredible with splash pad and pool, whirlpool, fire pits and rocking chairs.

It is a very nice hotel and we will be staying there again next year for NQC.

The breakfast was better than most hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location to our venue was perfect.

The rooms were kind of small considering we were there for 7 nights. Not enough room to unpack clothing. The only problem we had was, the breaker tripped every morning in the bathroom when I used the hair dryer. We called the front desk and they quickly got the electric back on.

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves at this facility in Pigeon Forge, TN The staff were always smiling, greeting/ acknowledging guests from the front desk, bar/food areas & pool/patio areas. The facility was very clean, kept up and smelt nice We will definitely be staying at a Drury facility again

We honestly don't have any complaints. Just one suggestion.... Can you add balconies to the rooms or a large patio on an upper floor/roof area

My only negative thing was the fountain drink machine something was wrong with it this morning the drinks tasted horrible so me and my kids couldn’t eat breakfast before we checked out but the drinks tasted great the night before so not sure what happened

We loved that we could get not just coffee but also soda for free. Location is perfect,

Indoor pool wasn’t heated. This isn’t a big deal but it was to cold in the pool and splash pad for the baby.
