Very nice with good amount of room with the kitchen you can have full size stuff and bring and cook food too

I liked the location and having a full size refrigerator.
We are season pass holders at Dollywood so we visit at least six times a year. We have our favorites but thought we would try some of the new hotels. We assumed being new they would be cleaner but that was not the case. I also booked a specific room at a higher price for a bathtub, but it didn’t have a bathtub. We never tried the breakfast because we couldn’t make it before they closed. It’s suppose to be a smoke free zone but people were smoking right outside the door by the elevators. I’m allergic so it made me sick. Also there is no information in the room if you stay here push the button under the opening until it turns green in order to make ice, there is no silverware and housekeeping will wake you up literally they come in the room if you don’t answer the door quickly enough. There is no do not disturb signs to hang outside. This wouldn’t be somewhere we would stay again.
