All was good...Except understanding of worker and husband communication...

We had stayed there when was Days Inn...Was disappointed in breakfast during the week...Also need to add grits back to the menu..But weekend breakfast was lots better variety....we had long walk to room..

Close to everything

Breakfast was poor. No hot food except waffles. Had to ask front desk to fix coffee machine. No fruit available. Very messy breakfast room.

Modern and pretty, breakfast was good and at a good time as well.

The bathroom walk in shower door was stuck and was not able to move it at all. The toilet was a bit dirty

Decent stay, with exceptions

The room was clean and modern. From the looks, most likely redone recently. The staff was very helpful and professional. I asked for maid service every morning and extra pillows and all request were fulfilled. Overall for the price it was a decent stay.

The building seems run down. I've never seen so many people smoking outside like I did here. Where the fire extinguisher was located on my floor, seems to be used as an ashtray. Full of cigarette butts. The room I had faced the street and a go kart track, needless to say, a lot of noise. The breakfast was good, but if you don't get there early, it's way to crowded! To the point you cannot even get in there. Parking is limited and small

The location.

Had no internet the entire stay. Let the staff know and was told someone would be in the next morning to fix it. Never showed so I went back down stairs. Was told his wifi was working on his phone so it must have been my phone settings. Okay but that doesnt explain why its not working in the room for the TV. Was told I needed to call the tech guru and was offered a room change for for day I was leaving. I was not the only person who had issues with the TV not working because of the internet others did as well and was told the same thing. Shower door handle was broken, the breakfast room was so small you had no where to sit and were not allowed to remove food from that area.

I loved the room, and the area the hotel was in. I loved how nice the staff was. I loved how we could us the elevator instead of having to take the stairs.

I didn't like how we had to wait so long for an employee to come and greet us to check in. I didn't like how we we're told we had to get a parent to send an email saying we were allowed to stay their since we were under 21. Even though I called a month before hand and they said it was fine.

The location

The room was clean, we didn’t have any towels, wash cloths, hand towels, or toilet paper in our room. We could see hand prints on the back board of beds, and the tv didn’t work also no hand soap. We had to physically go ask them for towels they only gave us 2 towels 2 wash cloths no hand towels no hand soap said they would send someone up to fix the tv never happened!

The location was perfect, right on the parkway. Room was clean; beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not enough parking. With the door to the toilet and shower closed, it got too hot when the shower was on. Thought I was going to pass out while washing my hair. Breakfast was included in the price, but it lacked a lot to be desired. The eggs were flavorless, and the apple juice was watered down to pretty much just water with a slight splash of apple flavor.

The property wasn’t clean around it . Parking was a nightmare, hard to find enough parking at night . It was a non smoking hotel but we could smell old stale cigarettes in our room. Was charged 50.00 hold on my card that would be refunded after the stay if no damages. We definitely didn’t do any damages to anything. When we got in the room I found a straw in the floor , used Kleenex by the bed nightstand , definitely wasn’t cleaned good at all. It was given a lick and a promise for sure . I always bring cleaning supplies with me and I of course cleaned . We bring our own bedding, pillows and towels and washcloths . I never use anything from anywhere we stay . I definitely would not stay here again . I’m use to staying at the Apple view river resort in the gated community. This was a short trip only two days, I figured it would be fine for such a short trip ,so I read reviews and thought I could do it for two day but it wasn’t easy and we checked out extra early .

That the hotel was clean

There was an additional fee of $50 upon arrival that was not disclosed at all. The website of the actual facility claims they had an outdoor pool to which they did not. The TV was broken and they did not fix it, the refrigerator was on the coldest setting and the food we had in there went bad as it didn't work properly either. The only compensation or resolution offered was they would give us $30 back for the TV and that was it. They didn't offer to switch our room or give us any form of a refund for their negligence for not fixing things that were broken. We had to throw away almost $100 in food and my diabetic shot that is $1,200.00 a shot was close to being ruined. These people didn't care at all and wouldn't even take the time to listen or apologize or make anything right. All they wanted to do was threaten to call the cops on me when I asked for some compensation. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDED!
