Perfect unwind and close to the park

It was very close to Dollywood and a wonderful cozy place to relax after a day in the park. The room was perfect for our family and quite comfortable. We were able to enjoy a meal by the fireplace in the fox den. Check in and out was seamless. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Pristine Lodging!

I can't say enough great things about Black Fox Lodge! I'm truly grateful for lodging accommodations that are NOT pet friendly. This is like trying to find Atlantis these days but thank you, Black Fox Lodge for clean, pet-free accommodations. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The building is pretty pristine and smells fresh and clean. It's convenient to all things Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and easy to get in and out of. I would happily stay there again and highly recommend it!

The only thing I can think of for this would be maybe a plastic bag inside the closet for dirty clothes.

One of the rooms tv did not work and toilet was coming off the floor. They fixed TV promptly. Something very sticky on the phone and still there the next day.

Wasn’t what I’d hoped for to the point we left a night early

Booked with intention of it being my break and wanting to swim. Picked location because pool seemed kid friendly but it wasn’t open when we arrived. Was not notified of this default or id have canceled that reservation.

It was just OK, expected more from a Hilton hotel that was overpriced.

Location was good, however the construction next door was pretty miserable while we were there.

It was not super clean, the rooms had a weird smell, the pool tore my kids and husband feet up (bottom of pool) the staff only made our beds twice and I had to ask for the necessities due to them not restocking.

Birthday weekend getaway

I enjoyed the breakfast, there were plenty of food options to choose from. The location was great, only a 15 minute walk down a walkway to The Island.

The bathroom sink would not drain, so we had to wiggle the drain stopper.

Excellent location with great service

The location was great due to the event we attended was across the street at the Leconte Center. Staff was wonderful from the time we arrived we felt welcomed. I loved that we didn’t have to leave the hotel for meals. The food was good but our server was excellent. Also loves the live music each night we were there.

Price way to high for a very plain room with little to none amenities$900. Had to ask for everything The room was not clean. Had cobwebs and LOTS of dust on the headboard. Hair all in the bathroom floor and counter along with dust all over the counter. Only had two coffee cups with two pods. Had to ask for more towels for our three day stay Just a lot of things that could’ve been different especially for a $900 stay.

Stay here!

I always stay here when I come to pigeon forge, because this hotel is absolutely the best quality and cleanliness i have ever experienced with a hotel. The beds are comfortable, the floors are impeccable, and I never feel dirty after being here. The pool facility is great, perfect for kids. The staff is always friendly. I will always choose the Black Fox.

Bad choice of hotel.

location.

Room not clean. Opened sofa bed and it was covered in dirt and food. Wires behind nightstand have YEARS of moldy dust. Doors in the room had food stains and dirt - obviously never get cleaned or wiped down. Hair in the tub upon arrival. Knob fell off shower head. Carpet was moist - probably from previous guests swimming. Totally disgusting. This is the third Hilton I've stayed in that was subpar, dirty and run down. It's no longer worth getting the honors points. I'll choose other options in the future.

A must stay when visiting the area

Great location to Gatlinburg, Dollywood! Great breakfast and my 4 YO daughter ate free! The staff was very sweet and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy. The price was super reasonable.
