The stay was not good because of the elec

The location was great! Very clean and smells great. The beds are very comfortable!

The elevator was down almost the entire time we were there and we had a handicap person with us. We didn’t get to check-in at 3 because the room wasn’t ready.

Platform beds were so uncomfortable And the pillows were flat. Paid a lot of $ for Comfort and didn’t get it!! Smelled smoke in room each night through the ventilation system. Was not aware pets were allowed :(

Nice hotel in a good location

The location was perfect and close to everything. The front desk employees were helpful in telling us about the local transportation offered at Patriot Park saving us from paying Dollywood prices to park. Pool looked nice, and we noticed the walking trail although we didn't get a chance to use either.

The bed was a bit too hard, but the room was nicely laid out. $300/night seemed a bit steep but it was the only room left. However, my room was not cleaned or attended to between my first and second night of stay. It was just me, so it wasn't barley touched, but my bed wasn't made, and my used towels weren't taken which I thought was odd.

Wonderful facility, friendly, helpful staff and great ammenities.

Granddaughters were quite enamored with your heated pool. You also provided a very good breakfast buffet. Our only problem was traffic. It took a couple of hours to get back from Dollywood. Not your fault, just a matter of car shows/fests, holidays, etc

Great room and location

Location, room size and amenities like kitchenette, closet was nice with the drawers and mirror although the internal light didnt work, cleanliness, staff was pleasant and helpful. Located next to the Food City grocery store. Close to the Old Mill.

Pillows were terrible even doubling up. They were flat, hard, uncomfortable. We had a hard time figuring out the thermostat with the 3 degree differential. Staff had to explain it. We thought something was wrong with the unit. Breakfast lacked variety. Coffee was good. We walked next door to the Food City deli for breakfast variety and it was reasonably priced. We wish there were steps or a ramp to the greenway trail. It was steep to access.

The rooms advertised on booking.com is not exactly as is ( Staff says they don’t have the ability to change this) They do not have a two bed, plus sofa bed option as advertised here so booking this room and arriving to it not existing was a bit disappointing. The staff was amazing though at resolving the issue. They offered many different options, we ended up deciding on a different hotel with the larger room, they booked this for us with no extra cost. A bit inconvenient, but the staff was exceptional at resolving the issue. Customer service was excellent

Luxury stay at affordable prices!

This property is pure luxury! The rooms are spacious, beautiful and clean. The beds are the most comfortable! The balcony views are amazing 🤩. Breakfast is the best any hotel has to offer! The property also has a beautiful swimming pool and a grilling area open to all guests, yes, bring your own steaks and get your grilling on! Forgot seasoning? Not to worry, Townplace has a variety of seasonings for grilling! This property is nothing short of AMAZING! 🤩

Our Best in Pigeon Forge to Date

Brand new hotel. Great location and quiet. Very friendly staff, beds were wonderful, and slept like a bady. Great hot breakfast but lacking in choice. The room was very roomy with a full kitchen. Everything you need to cook and eat with was provided in the room. Overall, I will stay there again.

This is a newer property and is very clean. The breakfast items were of good variety each day.

The beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped. Heavy loud doors and very squeaky hinges made leaving the room while others slept next to impossible.

Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff! The pool is heated so my family enjoyed swimming in it in mid April.

Other than the housekeeping visit… It was great!

Close to town but, yet quiet!

Housekeeping! They did give clean towels and washcloths. They only made 1 bed and just throwed the cover up on 2 nd bed. Did not leave toilet paper, we had to go get it ourselves.
