This was the cleanest hotel I’ve EVER stayed in. I always check for bed bugs in every hotel we go to so I lift the corners of the bed look under the sheets, etc. There was nothing even a crumb or rogue hair in the crevices! I’ve never seen rooms or facility so clean. The rooms were big. It had a patio which was great too. The rooms had a full kitchen including big fridge, stove, and even a dishwasher!! Breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice too. We will definitely be staying here again. Our kids wanted to move here :) location was great too. We loved the creek out front.

Everything was great. Nothing bad to say at all. If I had to pick one thing it would be nice to have a crib instead of a pack n play. But again, that is so minor. There was nothing we didn’t like!

Overall, it was nice, but to overprice for the breakfast they serve and the sofa bed it' really bad.

I liked the beds were comfortable, the cleanliness of the room and areas, the inside pool was good also the schedule for the pool.

The breakfast was not good; the sofa bed was really bad (thank God we brought air mattress) the shampoo, conditioner and soup were limited to a really small travel size. for a stay of 6 for 3 nights and 4 days and the price paid they can do better.

the check in was great the room was awesome. the staff was friendly. the hotel was clean and in great shape. the breakfast was relly good, plenty of options to choose form.

the price was high for one night, but coming from the first dump we tried to stay in, it was well worth the money.

Nathan at the front desk was Wonderful!!

The property was well kept , great location and staff was awesome. When we checked in Nathan greeted us with a smile and helped us with s our needs with a smile and conversation. The kids loved the pool, beds where very comfortable and linens soft , breakfast was rated great

A Wonderful Stay!

It was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool, free breakfast, and laundry facilities were great. The outdoor patio was very nice.

The A/C was not working at full capacity. We ended up opening up a window at one point. The one main elevator gets crowded. It's a small elevator.

It was a very nice place to stay.

Room had a nice view of the creek/mountains/sunrise, beautiful mural on the wall, beds were comfy, breakfast was good, pool area was spacious inside and out, and the location was centrally located to Dollywood, restaurants, and ice cream shop.

Spacious and clean.

Spacious rooms, quiet area.

Breakfast layout needs some attention. People line up for the waffles blocking the drinks, and other food. Cereal and milk on the other side of room.

Just not a good fit for us this time.

It was terrible. Eggs tasted like rubber. No individual cartons of milk. Very few fruits, no peanut butter, one flavor of yogurt.

This was the “old” Clarion Inn & Suites. I did not realize when I booked. Space was a bit cramped for 5.

Exceeded expectations

The room was comfortable, and we were especially impressed by the light-blocking shades and noise-proof room. We had a room very close to the front desk, and we were concerned about the foot traffic by the door, but we barely heard a thing. We got in late, but thanks to the light and noise reduction, we got great sleep and were able to sleep in a bit. The kitchenette and full sized refrigerator in our suite-style room were great. We only stayed one night, but we easily could've stayed for longer with those conveniences.

The hotel breakfast was very standard. This isn't a complaint, we expected it, but if you have any dietary restrictions, it will be important to bring your own food.

The location was really nice and the staff were great.

The air-conditioning in our room was not good, the sofa bed was very lumpy and it had to be so cold in there so that the bedroom could be cooled. the elevators were entirely to slow it was easier and faster to walk 3 flights of stairs rather than wait on the elevator.

The relative convenience to Dollywood

Room was too warm the first night and air didn't circulate around the whole room. The first morning only fresh towels were given, but dirty ones were left on the floor and stayed there two nights. Hotel never freshened toiletries and breakfast buffet was barely 'ok.'

The employee at the front desk was friendly, she was new.

Our first room was extremely small, we had to be moved to a bigger room. The room itself wasn't too bad but for the price paid we expected more. Breakfast was awful. We will not be staying here again.

Great stay

The property was in a perfect location. Very convenient to Pigeon Forge but just far enough off the main road to not hear anything traffic. Our room had great air conditioning and blackout shades for a great nights sleep. The beds were pretty good, pillows and covers were nice.

The only thing I could complain about was the pullout couch bed was extremely uncomfortable for our kids. We ended up sleeping 3 people per bed so that everyone could get some sleep.

We had a very relaxing long weekend.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Staff in general is amazing and amenities are very entertaining and pleasant. Hotel was very clean and tidy.

The breakfast buffet is not what I expected. The hot options like sausages, eggs, ham, biscuits taste like plastic or fake food. Luckily we had side options like bagels, bread, waffles, coffee, juice and cereal that helped keeping us fed during our mornings.

It was pleasant, affordable, and convenient, and I will check this location for future stays.

Check-in was easy. The staff was pleasant. The place was extremely clean. The pools were nice. The breakfast and dining area was better than average with an overflow seating section for the times when breakfast dining was crowded. We travel to this location once to twice a year for the last 15 years or more. Some stays are in cabins and some are in hotels. I would say this stay ranks in the top two hotel stays I have had in Pigeon Forge.

There is really nothing during the stay that is worth mentioning in this dislike section.
