We like the location and the indoor lazy river and pool. We liked thw fireplace and jacuzzi in our room.

This was our honeymoon. We wanted a little romance. We got a room with a fireplace and jacuzzi. Room was nice, clean with balcony but we had to walk 6 flights of steps to get to it as the elevators were out of service. So we had to carry all our luggage up 6 stories and no help was offered with that. Every time we needed anything we had to walk the walk...went down to lazy river/pool and they had all the windows opened and had equipment everywhere. It was so cold in there that you had to stay in thw pool to stay warm. So we couldn't enjoy it or relax on a float because we would freeze! We are home now and both are sick. House keeping and laundry workers were dressed in inappropriate attire unbecoming a hotel worker or professional. Cheeks out, (not sure why as it was seasonally warm but not that warm!) , bellies out, honestly looked as if they could have been soliciting for something other than room cleaning services. Not one spoke to us when passed in hallways. Advertised breakfast on billboard out front and on website, THERE WAS NONE. this place has changed so much after changing hands that we won't be staying there again and its a shame cause it was always our favorite, but not anymore. Although I can appreciate the renovations, customer service and satisfaction should always remain top priority.

Everything else. The staff was very unfriendly. It was the dirtiest hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in. The room they gave us had mold in it and stuff was broken in it. The second room they moved us too was also dirty and barely had any hot water. The beds were uncomfortable. And don’t even get me started on the pool. It’s nothing like the pictures. Very run down and broken and the jets didn’t even work in the hot tub. There were no doors to the exterior of the building that were secured. Anyone could get in. They kept using “we’re remodeling” as an excuse every time I mentioned their facility. We will definitely never be back. When I mentioned that the pictures done match the reality of the hotel they blamed booking.com. I wasn’t even offered a discount for all of the trouble we were caused by this awful hotel. The elevator was nasty too(only one working one by the way. Very moldy and very nasty. Not worth the money at all

Staff are very nice.

Signs said remodeling. Had to walk down multiple flights of steps to get to the pool due to elevator that goes to pool was out of order. The concrete floor in the lazy river was chipped and hurts when stepped on. No floats for lazy river. Hot tub didn't turn on. The perfume smell in all the halls is so strong you can taste it. If you have allergies, I don't recommend this hotel.

The food was trash, the smell was terrible and my beds looked like my child made them. Pillows were barely pillows. Small rooms and the TV was crap. My shower faucet leaked and the water wouldn't turn off completely. I could barely move to dry off. Very unhappy. Instead of redoing the halls how about doing something to the rooms.

The front desk guys are great . Location was great.

The beds were hard as a rock like sleeping on the floor. Wall plugs were coming out the wall in our room. The pool was OK but leaking pipes and there were maybe 5 floats with a whole hoyle full of people. Breakfast was OK there wasnt any coffee and or juice all the machines said out of order. We had to go out and get breakfast and expense we didnt expect to have since hotel offered it. The description of room on booking is totally wrong no of the room have walk in showers at all. They are all standard bathrooms with tubs and no walk in showers. I expected to have a walk in shower for ly handicap mother and there wasnt one in the facility at all.

The hotel was being renovated which was not advertised & there was construction mess everywhere. The doors & windows to outside were open even at 1am because the chemical & paint fumes were so strong. I have asthma & allergies & I was having trouble breathing from the odors. The hotel was dirty & in bad condition. The pool & hot tub were contaminated & closed. Our room was nasty. I don’t think it had been cleaned from the last guest. There was a tampon on the sink counter, a used tampon in the trash can, there was a prescription pill on the dresser (which my children could have put in there mouth if I had not seen it), there was trash in the dresser drawers, used bandaids under the bed, mildew on the walls & ceilings, curtains were falling off of the curtain rod, there were bugs crawling everywhere & dead bugs in the glass globes on the light fixtures, some of the lights bulbs didn’t work, the floors had trash & crumbs & had not been vacuumed, the beds were made, but the bedding had stains & looked dirty, the towels hanging by the sink had dirty crusty stains & definately weren’t clean, there were stains on the walls that looked like poop smeared on them, there were black shoe prints on the white tile floors, & the bathroom toilet & shower were not clean.

The entire place was outdated. Stains all over different areas on the carpet throughout the hallways and the carpet that looked as if it was from the 90s. One of the walls in my room had a burn appearance to it next to a plug that did not work.

Nice stay

The pool, lazy river and hot tub were great and breakfast was good. The location is nice, it's a short walk to the island and to Publix if you want to go grocery shopping.

Breakfast could have had some more options they were also in the middle of a remodel so hopefully next stay they'll have it updated.

The breakfast was good. It was comparable to hotel food. I really enjoyed the waffle maker. They have an indoor lazy River, pool and hot tub. That was nice. The staff was very friendly and kind.

There’s a sign that says they are remodeling. The whole building is in pretty rough shape. It didn’t feel very clean. It was cheap though so this is one of those “get what you pay for” deals.

They advertised a heated pool, it's not. It's a heated lazy river. Which is fine, but that's not what's advertised, I booked last minute without reading all the reviews. When I called to cancel, they told me on the phone I would be charged. When I arrived, they did bring it up. The gentlemen (must have been someone different) he was nice allowed us to look around. I left it up to my daughter she wanted to stay. I know that they are upgrading. But honestly, I wouldn't go back till after, which I'm sure the price will skyrocket when or if that happens. The bed had a huge dent on one side. If you're looking for somewhere cheap to stay, go for it. The breakfast is about what you fine everywhere. But the pool area does not look like the photos. Again, shout out to the younger guy, he was really sweet and helpful. It's a decent place for the price. They just need to update how they word "Heated pool" its misleading. I got this hotel because I wanted to keep it a cheap little weekend get away, figured we could hang in the pool most of the time. But the hot tub jets did not work, (it was VERY hot), the lazy river was warm, but both pools were ice cold.
