Perfect from start to finish

Everything from the friendly welcome at check in to the room sizes and facilities. The room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. The location of the hotel was also excellent. I can fault this hotel for anything an if I ever returned to pigeon Forge I would be sure to stay here again and again.

Happiest 61st birthday!

Great birthday weekend with my hubby. Bed was big and comfy. The fireplace was warm after shopping in the brisk air. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be back again!!

Stay here!!! What an amazing experience.

Where do I start? From the moment we walked in we were family. The ladies at the desk were so friendly and welcoming. The outdoor pool and hot tub were amazing in the cold weather. The entertainment was top notch and the amenities were perfect. With hot cocoa, slushies and donuts, games, music and laughs. 10/10 we will be back!!!

The location was perfect for what we needed. The bed and bathroom were clean. The motel was accommodating for my disability. The bed was comfy although it was difficult to see the tv from the bed. Overall the stay wasnt bad. Staff was super nice. It met our needs.

The old jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and the ceiling that needed significant repair were off putting. The door that connected our room to the next left us uneasy. You could hear everything which was not a Good experience for our grandson who was with us. The entertainer outside in a curbside tent sounded more like karaoke. Disappointing.

Perfect getaway in Pigeon Forge

We loved the location because it was within walking distance of all the spots we wanted to visit, so we didn’t have to worry about driving or dealing with parking. We specifically visited The Island, Three Bears General Store, Sawyer’s Farmhouse Restaurant, and watched the Pirates Voyage show. All of which were just a short walk from the hotel. The Titanic Museum and Dollywood are also only a short drive away, making the location incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely, friendly, and extremely accommodating. We especially enjoyed the beautiful heated pool, which was perfect at night, as well as the bar tent with a cozy fireplace where you can relax and unwind. The mountain views were absolutely stunning and added to the overall experience. When we put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign because we were checking out the next day and didn’t need the room cleaned, they still took the extra step of calling us to make sure we didn’t need anything. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel well cared for. Our stay was truly wonderful. The working elevator was a huge plus, especially when traveling with a lot of luggage. As a special and unexpected touch, they even surprised me with a birthday cake, which was incredibly thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pigeon Forge. It was a lovely experience from start to finish.

The location is fantastic. The staff is very supportive, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well equipped. When we needed something on two occasions, it was taken care of so promptly that I don’t know how they did it. It was Christmas time so maybe they have elves?

I was really amazed at the number of staff that the Arbors employs. We constantly saw not only staff cleaning the rooms at all hours but also maintenance workers and there was always someone working on the beautiful landscaping. My wife manages an Art Gallery, and we were surprised to see so many large bronze sculptures throughout the property. The only negative was the ceiling over the jacuzzi tub looked like there had been a recent leak and subsequent repair that could use some caulk, etc. Room 312. Other than that, the junior suite we stayed in was extremely clean, spacious and the gas fireplace was a bonus.

A hotel you can't wait to get back to

We love staying at Arbors in Pigeon Forge TN.. We stayed twice this year. The rooms are always clean and nice. The outside of the hotel has beautiful landscaping and statues of children playing. The pool area is very pretty, nice and clean. You can tell the people that work there take pride in there work. Arbors is close to the Island, easy to walk to. The Three Bears General Store is just as close walking to it. We usually walk down and get an ice cream cone in the evening. The pancake breakfast across the street at Reagans that comes with your room is delicious and so is everything else they serve. We will be returning again next year.

Bed was comfortable, friendly staff (Gabby), donuts and coffee. Free breakfast or the 5.99 breakfast buffet.

Parking was hard, faucets move about, smoking all around it seemed…air conditioner/heat vent was totally missing on unit. Just older property that needs updating. Price was too high for what we got.

The pool, hot tub and ice maker all were not working. For $199 a night it was ok but not worth that price. Staff were super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and looked like if was an older place but had been updated.

Luxurious but feels like home

I love how comfortable the beds are. The bird feeders attracting pigeons and small birds was beautiful to see. I love the flowery vines flowing from the balcony and lovely rocking chairs on the balcony. This is an extraordinary hotel just a stroll down from the Comedy Barn, 3 Bears Country Store and near The Island. Perfect location near everything.

Evidently hotels discriminateagainst those that book through booking.com. Maybe i shouldnt use you next time.

Clerk advised no changes due to reserving through booking.com. Only alternative was refund. No patio or balcony on assigned room when specifically communicated the request via email prior to arrival—with no response. Room was located by elevators bottom floor too much noise & traffic, lights at elevator stayed on all night. The odor in the room was almost unbearable especially while showering. The grounds by the “beautifully advertised”river view were overgrown with weeds and animal feces and the picnic tables were dirty and rotten. Free hotel breakfast consisted of stale donuts and coffee like dirty water.

The staff was magnificent. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

I called the front desk and informed them there were no curtains in the room. The response was "there's blinds". The blinds didn't block enough since parking lot lamps were right by the room. The room was bright as day, in the middle of the night. The ceiling in the room and bathroom was gross. The outside and room next door noise level was horrible. There are three things needed in a stay. It's clean, quiet, and comfort. There was none of that. The elevator was filthy inside (walls and floor). The smell of cigarette smoke everywhere was disgusting.

Love It Here!!!

Gabrielle at the front desk is so sweet and kind. I have stayed here several times, and she is always the same smiling face. The rooms are spacious and so clean. The singing by Bill at night was so much fun. He did a wonderful job engaging the guests. The showers are huge! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

A perfect location to the Island in Pigeon forge. Friendly staff, nice amenities & decent rates.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean & housekeeping refreshed the towels & made the beds every day. Convenient location & very short walk to cross the street to Reagan’s for the delicious breakfast buffet. We really looked forward to the perk of having donuts available in the office lobby & enjoyed the evening entertainment & rocking chairs in the pavilion after a long day out exploring the area. Outdoor pool & surrounding area is very nice. I would stay here again; our second visit to TN. Love the Smoky Mountains!

Honestly, We loved everything about our stay there. Absolutely loved the rooms they was so clean and updated. We loved the pool and the canopy with a ceiling fan. The staff was absolutely amazing. My grandson got to fish there too, we will not be staying anywhere else.

In real estate it's all about Location and you can't get any better location to park your car and walk to all the main attractions in Pigeon Forge. The hotel has an outdoor place to relax by a fire pit and music. The office has coffee and snacks free of charge.

Great proximity to the island, nice pool, decent sized rooms. Very family-centric.

One elevator, the glass bowl sink and rainfall shower weren’t great for the kids.
