Great for young kids!

Everything was great! The rooms are very nice. The bunk beds are wonderful. The staff and food was very good. We had 4 girls 8 to 18 and all of them had the best time. The pizza family meal was worth it. The location is perfect, you are in the middle of everything.

The bathroom in our room was tight but I know it was because we had the 4 bunks. The other rooms have bigger bathrooms.

Overall this was a great place to stay with children was on the strip but still not close to where you hear commotion.

Friendly staff rooms was clean and stocked. The indoor water park was definitely a hit for my kids since it was cold and they love to swim. We will be back to enjoy the summer!!!

The activities wasn’t as the schedule said. Which was ok but we never got to see the characters. It would be nice to have them out for bed time for a story.

We loved the location of hotel, Waterpark was open until late which was great, on site coffee was added bonus, my kids loved that we had two televisions in room and the staff were all friendly.

All three beds and pillows were uncomfortable and food at coffee shop was very overpriced.

Loved Everything about it! Absolute perfection! A vacation in a vacation!

Everything!! Absolute perfection in every way! We will never stay anywhere else when in the area!! The only thing in Pigeon Forge that even compares is the Cinnamon Bread at Dollywood 😂 and that’s a close comparison! Highly recommend if you have kids, grandkids or are a big kid! There were activities for them all day long!!

Best Family Vacation Spot

Very kid friendly! Lots of activities to keep kids entertained. Everyone was so nice. Keisley from the Outpost helped our kids with Build-A-Buddy and everyday after she made a point to speak to our kids as we walked by and ask about their day. Our four year old loved making a new friend. On site Breakfast, Lunch, and snacks! Our new favorite place to stay!

The water slides did not open until 2:00. I don’t understand why. The wi-fi was terrible. The hair dryer did not work properly and the toiletries were low or out.

Close to everything but just off the strip. They have scheduled activities for the kids all day. The pool area is always clean. The kids love staying here!
