Awful very very nasty hotel don’t waist your money

Nothing wasn’t there 20 mins could not park anywhere the beds were very nasty! Rat poop in the beds the pillows were stained brown.

Our stay was absolutely amazing & wonderful, the best, top notch.

This was the cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed in. All staff were friendly & helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable & the breakfast was amazing. This Hotel deserves a 10 star & we will be staying here again. The price was extremely cheap for the good service & carefree stay we enjoyed.

The towels are a little rough, but that is my only complaint & the experience was so positive, you forget about the towels.

Mediocre

Not a lot of breakfast choices, especially if diabetic! Housekeeping staff did not speak English & were rude, especially when blocking your room with carts… Put us in room next to housekeeping staff & they talked & played music all night long. Construction going on at hotel & parking spots are very small..

The entire time we stayed they were painting our floor and redoing rooms next to us at 8-9am with drills and hammers. And we thought maybe there was an accident in booking us on that floor cause no one else was there.

This was my first time staying here, and I had a positive experience. I appreciated the property's cleanliness and its proximity to the Pigeon Forge attractions, just a street away. The breakfast offered was enjoyable with a good variety of options. I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking an affordable and quality stay in Pigeon Forge.

I would suggest the house keeping to be more conscious about arranging the room as they missed to place toilet papers, trash bins and few areas untouched.

Hotel was clean.

The layout of the rooms were not comfortable. Things were run down like the ac and it made a lot of noise which made it hard to sleep. We had a very noisy family next to us and when we asked for accommodations or a resolution to the issue staff did not care and did not try to come up with a resolution. All they did was call the family and repeat our complaint that they were trying to calm their children down

Awesome place

The staff was very accommodating and so nice, very personable. The rooms are nice and clean, breakfast was good, and the coffee was one of the first things I tried because I love coffee and I was actually able to drink it 😄( at most places it tastes horrible)

There was was only 2 things I didn't like doesn't have a pool and in my room the sink handle was broken.. other than that it was perfect.... the staff was so sweet

I would stay again . Overall it was worth the money which was very reasonable .

Location and value. Breakfast was substantial. Waffles, sausage ,eggs,biscuits and gravy.yogurt ,juices ,coffee . All was good .

The bathtub had mold on the tiles . The shower curtain was ripped . The corners of the bathroom needed cleaning .

Nice and quiet hotel, close to everything for a great price

The staff was so nice and polite! We loved the coffee machine. It's so delicious!! The coffee creamer machine was wonderful as well! Breakfast was great.

Perhaps switch up the breakfast menu throughout the week for variety.

The bathroom floor was dirty and the shower had soap left on the floor of the shower. Water ran out onto the bathroom floor, I wiped it up with one of the towels and the towel was brown
