My deposit was took because I had got blood on bed by mistake

Staff was extremely rude when i asked for more towels due to my son being sick and they said “housekeeping visited you this morning, we do not provide more towels”. Room was extremely dirty, bed look like it had been slept in, stink bug under the pillows. Piles of dirt in the corners everywhere. The bathroom was so small you had to straddle the toilet to shut the door.

Rooms are not very clean especially the floors feet would immediately be black if u walked without something on your feet bed sheets were dirty towels were dirty no water pressure in shower toilet about fell over and several of the other guest we spoke with had the same complaints plus other issues

The location was great and right in the middle of pigeon forge. In walking distance to the Island.

The facility and rooms need updated. Our heat didn’t work in the first room and we were given another suite. There are three separate rooms in the suite and unless you keep every door open while the heat is on, you will get cold. There is not heat in each room within the suite. A little hard to have privacy in each room. Plug ins on the wall do not work so you have to use the one plug in on the light.

I liked that we could get a 3 bedroom room, I liked that we could walk to certain things from the hotel

Not much seating in the rooms, some of the staff including the housekeeper was rude and didn't like that they don't have towels in the pool area, also requested rooms next to each other and did not get even though there was empty 3 bedroom RIGHT BESIDE us!! Also didn't like the fact that when my grandson got sick and threw up on his blanket and sheet they acted like it was the worse thing in the world and instead washing the bedding they threw it away and then blamed it on me!!!

Parking was ridiculous, walked distance to and fro. Very noisy with elevator was connected to our wall, kept us up till around 1;00 AM. No lighting in area where sink was located. Was charged an extra 50$ without knowledge of reasoning when we arrived !! Was told it was refundable and I pray SO.... We left early, @5 AM, because of it being so uncomfortable . We don't ever intend on staying with them, again

Deeply in need of updates and repairs!

The location was great and they had separate bedrooms within the same room, which was very nice. Right by the Island — great view of the Ferris wheel!

The whole place is super run down. Broken chair, broken drawers. The room itself was clean but towels had stains and one had a shoe print. None of the buttons to control the room temp worked. Worn and broken and did nothing. Cold air pumped out and it was 55 degrees outside. We put a towel over the vent and held it down with shoes when staff couldn’t fix it.

The dust in the room was ridiculous..told cleaning person. Hey need dusting... Yep nope.. sheets were never changed .. no extra pillows.. the worse experience we have ever had with a hotel..

The paint on door was coming off an i was afraid me security deposit would be at risk the middle room got extremely hot throughout the night with only a fan in it an i was not told that I had to be there by 6 unless I was to pay online so that was annoying but what ever at least they called me

Even though the price in the location was good I would never stay at this place again

The only thing I liked about it was the price and how close it was to things and that is the only reason why I stayed.

I could go on forever, but I’ll start with the guy that was upfront. He was not very nice. I had to ask multiple times for things and one of the things he told me he would bring right up after waiting an hour for extra blankets and pillows. I went back downstairs because the phone was not working in the room and he told me he had came up there and knocked on the door when I know it was a lie because I was standing at the door waiting and waiting and waiting and he never showed up I had to wait over five hours to get towels and washcloths brought up. The room was nasty. You had no cover over the door to the balcony so light was always coming in. The door would not stay shut. You had to keep a chair against the door to keep it shut. There was mold in one of the bathrooms on the wall. There was makeup smeared all over the wall and one of the bathrooms, obviously the maids don’t do their job and half ass do it because there is dust that looks like it’s been there for over a year on the fire alarm in the room’s smelled nasty. They have one vending machine for drink drinks that did not work. The pool looked like it was disgusting and the water was not clean. I couldn’t even let my four-year-old daughter swim in it because I was scared that we would get a disease or something because it was disgusting. It was very deceiving from the pictures. The elevator was nasty, looked like it was fallen apart and not taken care of the maids walk in after knocking on the door for a half a second don’t give you time to answer or anything.

Convenience to the island and street side

Cleanliness… there was still urine around the toilet bases, something splattered on the walls in the bathroom and by the kitchen trash cans, dust/trash behind trash cans, tv stand and on pullout couch. Addressed this with the front staff and the man from the front desk brought some Clorox wipes and that was it. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and clean. We had the penthouse so we expected a balcony.. no balcony it was on the 4th floor. We were on the 8th floor. Only 2 windows in the whole unit that were so dirty you couldn’t see much from them.

The location was good.

The floors wasn’t clean. I didn’t like the fact that house keeping knocked on door every morning wanting to come in and change trash and clean. I have been trying for over three weeks to get my security deposit back from the hotel when I was told it would be 1-4 days and I would have it back. I have called the hotel several times and keep getting told I’m new here I don’t know or can you call back at 9am and speak to the owner. Now they won’t answer the phone at all. Seems to me they get a lot of people out of money this way. I will be traveling back there soon but will not stay at this location again. Shower had mold around the base, the mini fridge didn’t keep drinks cold,

Great location but would not stay again

Location was great and size of the room was amazing! Price was good.

Staff was not friendly upon check in. Floors was dusty and dirty upon arrival. Our feet was so dirty when walking around the room we ended up using 1 pair of socks just for the room and threw them away after our stay. Low shower pressure and lots of visible damages throughout room. Bed linens had old cigarette burns in them and when neighboring rooms smoked outside it came in through the air conditioning. Most importantly cleaning staff would knock once and immediately open the door without waiting for a response, this made us worry about our belongings while out of the room. We ended up using the door jam to prevent housekeeping from just walking in.
