Hope to come back again!

The cabin was beautiful and close to a lot of areas we wanted to see. Even though a. Few things were closed at the time pigeon forge is a great place to visit. We were there for 5 days and not enough time to see it all!!!??? The girl that checked us in was so nice. She told us alot about the area we questioned.

The road up isn't real far but is steep and with a little snow we crawled down it.

Nice place, but it’s expensive

The property was very nice and clean. The room was beautiful and we enjoyed the balcony.

I didn’t like that, even though I repeatedly stated I was not interested in a tour or sitting through a presentation, I felt like I was not being heard.

This property was a beautiful home away from home for a week! We absolutely took advantage of having a full kitchen available to us and being able to do laundry was huge for a family of 5! Betsy was an amazing help! Couldn’t have asked for a better Spring Break trip!! My kids loved it!!

The room was spacious and clean

There is a steep road leading to the lodge. It was snowing and they didn't clear the snow nor did they spread salt. For the rest of our stay the road was covered with ice and slippery. We couldn't get the car up the road and had to carry our kid all the way up. We asked the staff to take care of the road and they didn't seem to care. There was no problem with any other road in the area, all other roads where either closed or safe but this one leading to the lodge. As our safety and convenience was not a priority for this place we will not come again. I strongly recommend avoiding this place during winter months

We had a wonderful stay. The fireplace kept us nice and warm. The views were amazing!

That it was away from the noise of the main road.

There were stains on the carpet, the bed wasn't comfortable, the back porch over looked an abandoned theater lot, there was mold in the shower, dust build up around the air vents, stains on the couch, they tried to sell us on their time share

The location was beautiful, quiet and the apartment was very clean. We checked in when the office was closed but were able to easily find our information and accommodations.

Great for a group!

The rooms were very nice, apartment setting, spacious, covered patio, washer and dryer.

Wasn't aware it was a time share, once you check in they have you pay for a time share session, due to prior obligations we were not able to do that, but it wasn't brought to my attention until check in. They were also surprised we booked through Booking.com

The view was beautiful and it was snowing while we were visiting. The staff was very friendly and accommodated us when there was an issue with booking.com

The tub stopper was broke but wasn't a deal breaker for us and one of the beds springs were broken so it felt like you were sleeping upside down but nothing extra pillows didn't take care off

Beautiful but small

The 1 bedroom condo that sleeps 4 is beautiful, but smaller. The bathroom is very beautiful with a nice shower and the toilet has its own little room. The kitchen is beautiful but a small galley kitchen with the smaller all-in-one washer and dryer located inside the closet. Nice for quick trips and small children. I don't recommend this for 4 adults.

The sofa bed mattress had blood stains all over it! 1 of us ended up sleeping on the actual couch with one of the sheets from the bedroom and our traveling pillow and blanket! They didn't even provide clean linens or pillows for it. We also didn't like how the units were set up with all stairs to get to the room. Make sure to get ground floor if you have people in your group who need an elevator.
