I have not one complaint. The hotel was great! I could not believe how clean it was.

This is the first time I can say that I did not have one single issue with my room. It was clean and the free breakfast was a plus! There were so many options. I really enjoyed it and so did my family!

There was a mix up on rooms during check-in, however, the manager was so nice and accommodating and was able to get the matter resolved.

The beds were very comfy! We were also able to check in about 2 hours early. When I had mentioned about getting into town even earlier, the front desk staff said they’d be willing to check in early as long as the room was available! The hotel was very clean.

The one thing we were disappointed in was the pool. We booked the hotel because the photos of the pool showed a water slide and a “water fall” as my daughter calls it. However, when we went to the pool, there is no longer a slide and the water fall feature was not working. So that was a disappointment but we still had fun!

We were comfortable but could have been much more so with a little refurbishing.

We didn’t have the breakfast. The location was a big reason we picked this motel. We like that it’s away from the Parkway and makes getting around the area much easier.

The bed was OK but was beginning to show a lot of usage. The sofa felt like it was broken down and was hard to rise from. It would be nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in and not just a desk chair.

It smelled like a luxury hotel when I walked in. The male at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The only thing I would change if I had to pick something would be the pillows. They were not as comfortable as I have experienced in other hotels. Location was perfect and the price although it was more than what I would have liked to spend it was fair especially because of how clean and comfortable it was. I traveled alone and felt safe. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Oatmeal was good. The location was excellent.

There was no eggs the entire time we stayed there or fruit. The pool area there was never towels on any of the days we was there and the pool was crowded due to others from hotels using it.

Because the housekeeping staff was “already gone?” I think if you pay $400 to stay somewhere for 2 nights the least you could do is come vacuum the room once a day and change out the towels.

The location was great and was close to everything

It was unknown to us that apparently due to staffing issues rooms are only cleaned every other day, when our room was cleaned only the trash was removed and new towels were put in the bathroom, nothing was wiped down or vacuumed. When me and my girlfriend asked for our room to be cleaned after 2 days we were met with a rude woman who said they would get to our room if they had time. The bathroom near the lobby was always dirty as well.
