There was mold in the bathrooms. It was in the sink, shower walls, and the shower curtain. We booked the room because it had pull sofa. The sofa mattress was disgusting and the other one was tore apart. There was no way we were going to let our kids sleep there. They also charged us an additional fee for staying there. Things were broken in the room and no light bulbs. The continental breakfast was gone by 8 am and no one was replacing the food.

I got there early. The front desk worker said that I could pay extra to check in. I said that was fine then she told me I couldn’t check in until four. She was very rude. I came back at four. Got to my room. There was absolutely no hot water. The shower didn’t work and was dirty.

Absolutely horrible!

I honestly couldn’t say! We didn’t enjoy anything at all.

Everything! The bathroom has black mold & the smell literally took my breath, we switched rooms & the wall was falling in the bedding was dirty they didnt have any pillows so we were given a thick blanket for our heads to lay on! The pool & hot tube smelled like mold or mold dew one idk but it was awful! There were so many things & I also have pics and videos

The breakfast was nasty the pool and hot tub were green. The hot tub wasn’t hot. The railing on the pool to get in the water came apart as I was getting in. The room was full of stink bugs and lady bugs over 20 in total I told the front desk the man didn’t care wouldn’t switch rooms for us or anything paid extra for balcony room it was only on second floor terrible experience I won’t be back!

Availability, but when you read this dislikes you can understand why they had open rooms.

Too bad you cannot rate with neg stars. Lets start with, Heater/ac barely worked. Lock busted on door, adjoining room door would not lock, Toilet ran constantly, oh and was infested with roaches.

It was horrible. No one should ever stay there the nastiest place we have ever seen.

Nothing. Most horrible place ever!! Nasty. Stained pillows . Bugs . Trash bags pilled in hallways . Staircase… pool ice cold . First area never cleaned after food left all over counters all through the day. When I asked for clean pillows, the manager or owner said he does not have time for me. Tried to make us leave because of asking for new pillows. Had to call the police on him to not get kicked out when we already paid.

Nothing at all, it was the worst place ever very nasty stained beds and pillows stained pillowcases, trash piled in the staircases and hallways food left all of our counters throughout the day in the breakfast area freezing cold, swimming pool the owner told us to leave when I asked for clean pillows, he said he does not have time for us charge an extra five dollars a day for cleaning fee when no one ever cleaned and breakfast

Building needs updating and maybe adding some staff. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the shower faucet was broke so it was hard to set the temperature and shower head barely sprayed. Not fan in the bathroom. WiFi was spotty. Tv kept buffering. Nobody cleaning rooms or changing out towels and rags. Had to take dirty towels and rags down to front desk and swap out for clean ones. Only one person working front desk while cooking breakfast (which was never stocked up) and changing out towels and rags. Parking lot was covered with goose crap. Had to watch where you was walking.

Hands down worst experience ever.

Nothing other than the checkout because we were leaving.

They had one girl answering phone and taking care of 7. Floors of rooms checking people in. Then the room was horrid while sitting on toilet your hair got wet from the vent above .... The hot tub land pool were so nasty I was afraid my kids would catch something ajax won't take off....there was no breakfast and probably wouldn't eat it if they did due to cleanliness of hotel... Carpets were filthy and need removed they are beyond ability to clean them.... Asked for matrices because there was a huge nasty stain on pull out bed and was ripped down one side and the girl stated it's ok all stains are old lol .... Anf handed an extra sheet after we went down. 3x to get towels and sheet

Beware of being double charged

I booked and paid on booking.com The manager/owner or who ever he was said they needed a card on file for incidentals so I game my card. The next morning as we were fixing to leave I noticed he had charged my card for the full price of the room. I asked him about it due to him telling me the night before it was just a hold for incidentals. When I asked for a receipt from my booking reservation he said he couldn’t get me that. He did give me a receipt where he charged me for the room. He then just walks off and quits our conversation. As I was walking out I got a notification that he canceled my reservation on booking. I then called booking.com and they seen where it was canceled and marked as a no show. Now I have to send in all my information and documents for them to go after the hotel for the refund. This will take several days. When someone is on vacation that’s the last thing you want to deal with. The lady working there informed me that he does this all the time. So beware if you book with a 3rd party at this property, he will scam you, and you end up paying twice.

I didn't like how the building looked like. It was really run down. There was hardly any staff The breakfast was not great at all The pool was okay but a little bit too cold Balcony was all right except for the spider webs and bee's nest and the crack and the foundations

I’ve never wrote a bad review but this guy was the worst..Absolutely the worst…I made a reservation for this place for this weekend at the end of Aug through booking.com for 2 rooms. Went this afternoon to check in and the guy said it hasn’t been paid. I showed him my receipt and he got an attitude saying it’s not paid and there’s nothing he can do. I went outside for a few minutes and went back in to ask to speak to a manager. He said no and wouldn’t give us his name. I went back outside contacted booking.com (spent over an hour on the phone) and they even tried calling and said the guy gave them the same attitude. Booking.com said my card was charged by the hotel and they were trying to charge it again. So they just took my money and no room. We had to spend more money on another hotel and hopefully get e refund from booking ( the lady I spoke with from booking.com was very nice)

Very good price. Good location little of Parkway very quiet very comfort, clean room, free breakfast. There’s a very nice pool, indoor and Hot Tub we enjoyed. Definitely, we book again on Christmas

Room smelled very bad as soon as we walked in and sofa bed was very disgusting and the sofa itself. The indoor pool had a very bad smell when you walk in and it was green as well as outdoor pool.

The property was good. However the outdoor was closed after we were told it was open, none of the ice makers worked, and our air conditioner barely worked in the room.

There was one guy that worked there that rude and stayed on his phone the entire time.

Pleasant Stay

The manager was very pleasant and professional. He greeted us as soon as we came in, told us about the hotel where everything was located and asked if we needed anything else. He told us the swimming pool inside was closed due to maintenance and the outdoor pool needed to be cleaned so it was closed. Which was upsetting but I understand they have to be cleaned. Breakfast had options and was good. Manager came over and greeted everyone at breakfast and seemed to care about our stay and if we needed anything or if there was any issues. All the staff was pleasant and professional.

Don't Stay!!!!

The pictures aren't what the hotel looks like. There was broken furniture in the room. The pull out bed was broken with a stained mattress. No housekeeping service we had to ask everyday for towels. There isn't a breakfast. The waffle iron has old burnt molded waffle stuck to it. No juice No milk nothing. The luggage carts are so wobbly they about to fall apart. Don't forget the black mold in the pool and rust on the pool handles. Oh yea the back door by the pool the handle is broke. There is a sign saying the door is locked 24 hours a day use key card, that door doesn't lock either.

Everything. Where to start? The creepy nightshift, the full on blood hand print on the curtain, the smoke alarm that was screaming for a new battery, the about to kick the bucket ac unit, dirty pool, odd smell, or how about paper thin walls and huge spaces between the door and the walls/floor. The night shift making breakfast was playing with her hair while doing it, laid on the floor randomly and I'm sure more. When our friend from a separate room had asked about if they had bacon to another friend the day shift that showed up answer was "oh no, to expensive". The rest of our group had the same, if not worse experiences. Including one not having any towels. Anothers door didn't close completely and had a huge gap between the wall and it. Plus the fire excape doors are not alarm locked so anyone can come in and out any time. Do not stay here. It's unsanitary and almost zero safety or privacy when it comes to inside your room.

Location was great

When we arrived it seemed okay! Butttt… as we started our stay we noticed the AC didn’t cool, We called the front desk and the oboe didn’t work so we went to ask and were told they didn’t have have any replacements or a Fan they could give us as they had lent the last one out to another Patron, so we bought one at Walmart, breakfast came around and it was cold dry eggs milk was hot one of the staff even yelled at someone to leave the lid open. Pool was closed most of the time even though they stated it was open until 10p No we asked for towels none were provided útil we had to go back downstairs to ask again because the phone didn’t work, We ask for the cleaning of the room to get fresh linens and were told no one showed up. Are you kidding me so no derive for 3 days
