The location was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking into the mountains it was just relaxing and we even seen a bear. The staff was amazing. For the price it was a good stay we will be back.

Convenient location, very friendly staff, breakfast was nice, rooms spacious, and the price was very good
Beds were very hard, sheets and towels were not the cleanest as stains were on them, bathtub bottom was gritty and dirty, pool water was dirty looking

The room was clean and had a lot of room. I have a big family and it fit all of us comfortably. I like having everyone in the same room instead of getting two rooms.
The heater for the indoor pool was not working at all. The hot tub was too hot. And we would have liked to been on the front side facing the parkway.

The staff were very nice and accommodating.
The shower was very hard to adjust hot and cold. The pool area was full of steam the whole time and needs some better ventilation. Breakfast was most often not ready when it was supposed to be. There were many angry/dissapointed guests waiting. NO COFFEE was available the whole time since the machine was all out. I would have to make a stop at the gas station to get my fix in the morning.
