It was our 1 year anniversary such a great way to celebrate

All the staff was exceptional especially the staff in the breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed talking with the lady cleaning tables in the dining area she was so sweet.

Fireplace only had about a 1" flame, staff said it was for safety purposes. False representation of fireplace in room, you would expect to have flames in a fireplace, especially if you paid additional. Air conditioner never shutdown because temp never got down to 68, the in wall ac unit was extremely loud/ noisy. The bed sheets were extremely rough feeling and mattress was uncomfortable. Wife and I were lucky to have gotten 2 hours of sleep combined. But the facility was beautiful but wife said cookies were not warm, lol.

The decorations were beautiful and it was very festive for the Christmas season. Breakfast was very nice. The staff was very kind and happy to help.

The cookies served at night were sometimes a little stale and over baked. I would love to see hot chocolate as an option during the cookie time as well as coffee and apple cider that were already offered.

The Inn is beautifully decorated for Christmas everywhere you look. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast is the best in the Pigeon Forge area especially the omelets! It was such a wonderful experience that we will be back.

The only improvement i could suggest is the water pressure was really low. Difficulty in rinsing out my hair. Also the shower head is made for a giant.

They had an event where santa sang to the children talked to them it was great brought childhood memories back after santa was done he took pictures with the children and had cookies and milk also such a great event
