Beautiful location and excellent facilities and activities.

Small room and very uncomfortable bed. Food was just so-so.

All the amenities. Ability to buy park tickets and other attractions. The trolly to Dollywood. The room was beautiful...everything is beautiful. The pool was great, the hot tub was relaxing. Food was really good. The fire pits. Live music. So many other things that we didnt even get to try...but knew about. The Cinnamon bread!!

The ONLY thing we didn't like was the room service breakfast we ordered. English muffins and "toast" were cold. Yuck. It was also a half hour late....and we were trying to make it to the park early.

The location was great, wonderful resort. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. from the moment we pulled up they were helpful. I'm a on portable oxygen and they were great. they helped us with our luggage to the room, and made sure we had everything I needed. when it was time to check out they made sure if there was anything we needed it was there. The showers are awesome. large and easy to get into. and we didn't have a handicape room. Don't miss a chance to go here. You will definetly enjoy. And the property with the pool and hot tubs plus Firepit and rocking chairs make for a great relaxing stay.

the breakfast buffet is a little Old hotel like. The only upgrade is eggs to order. and the sausage and side items were a little cold. but we asked for fresh and they were made rt away. Dinner was good but not great we ate at the Hotel restruant. Could use a little more attention to detail. Our Fried Chicken was over fried and dry. but the rest of the meal was good.

Clean through out the whole resort and the room. The restaurants served great food and service! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Request and service offered around the clock was best!

The Heart Song Resort was a wonderful experience. Staff was incredible. Food was terrific. I didn't want to leave. Thank you Dolly♥️. I will always love you, too!

The resort doesn't miss a thing.

This resort is GORGEOUS and the staff are top-notch. Pros: Everything is beautiful, fresh, and clean. The pools are nice, the playground and other common areas are well-kept, and the bars, cafes, and restaurants seemed to be running smoothly. We loved the firepit areas! The beds were comfortable and the included sound machine in the room was a nice touch. Also, the decor is so cute and fitting for the theming. As resort guests, you can text concierge at any time for help. That turned out to be very helpful for us. Everything here seemed so peaceful and well-thought-out. Perhaps most importantly, if you're going to Dollywood, the trolley, Golden Hour, and free timesaver wristbands make staying at one of Dolly's resorts a must. All of these made our Dollywood trip smooth and enjoyable.

Cons: It is pretty expensive, especially if you want a balcony. However, I like that the resort didn't have a bunch of fees to add to the price. Prices of food and drinks were also relatively high, but that is to be expected on a property like this one. Our AC stopped working around midnight one night. I messaged concierge and they had one of the maintenance team members come by and fix it. It was an inconvenience, but we're so glad he was able to fix it quickly. We had a Murphy bed room and I'm not sure what it was, but I kept getting awakened by a loud sound coming from the bed, almost like a door slamming. My daughter tosses and turn sometimes and I think her arm may have been hitting the bed, but I'm not sure why it was so loud. My husband was a little bit annoyed by the lack of amenities within the room, like no glasses for drinks and really nothing for food or drinks at all, besides paper coffee cups. The room was relatively small and I would compare it to the size of a Disney value resort's room.

Beautiful! Room was large and very clean. Restaurant was delicious! Love having free time saver to Dollywood and free trolley transportation.

Mattress was a little too hard for my liking.

Pricey but fabulous

This resort is beyond amazing. Everything was perfect, the room, the staff, the grounds, everything was amazing. You are so close to everything in pigeon forge while still being away from all the hustle and bustle of the area. We were so relaxed in the resort and in our room. Bonus perk that we loved was the sound machine in the our room. We loved it so much that we came home and bought one on line.

There was nothing at all that we disliked about this resort. Ok so maybe one which is the fact that we had to leave and we really didnt want to. We so wanted to stay longer and next time I think we will do that.

Fast passes included, transportation to parks, atmosphere. Staff. Bunk bedroom with personal night lights and chargers.

The 6 person room: the bunk beds felt like you were laying on concrete. Roll out bed was uncomfortable and both individuals just sunk towards the middle. I paid for the room but my parents slept on the most comfortable king bed. Beds need to be more confortable. Price of food and drinks was insane!

Wasn’t impressed with the food options. Went to eat over at Dreammore twice during our stay.
