Had problems with the TV. It would just randomly just shut off in the middle of a program and then take 10 minutes to reboot. The room doors close VERY LOUDLY. We heard doors slamming all night long.

Price, quiet and convenient to attractions but not walking distsnce.

Had to pay for breakfast that should have been complimentary. Some of the staff was kind of rude. Tv kept going in and out.

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Front lobby was inviting. The kids liked sitting and playing the games also.

We started off with only 1 wash cloth, after maid service the next day they didn't leave any replacement towels at all. nor the following day where I had to go to the front desk and get towels etc. We also spoke with and asked housekeeping for towels when leaving the room and still nothing. Not a deal breaker but I thought you would like to know. Also the drink prices at the bar are outrageous, along with the bottled water etc. If the prices weren't so inflated more items would be purchased.

New hotel for when we go to Pigeon Forge

This was our first time staying here and won't be our last. We loved the hotel was off the strip but still close to everything. The staff were very nice. The room was exceptionally clean. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy!

Great two day trip!

Great place to stay! Great view of the mountains. The hotel is off of the main road and easy access to main entrance. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean and smells good!

Great location, friendly/professional staff

The staff customer service is A+. Also, the location is only 6 mins away from the Island.

The restaurant advertised was not open, which is why I chose this property. Only breakfast was available in that area for the charge of $10. Cleaning is only available upon request. My room had an odd smell to it and I realized it was the sheets. The next morning they were not changed nor clean towels provided as requested.

Couples getaway, spoiled

Every other hotel offers complimentary breakfast, not this one!

We are very disappointed in our stay here!! When we got to our room we noticed a strong animal smell like wet dog. We thought maybe it was some form of cleaner they used. I took a shower & got dressed while my wife unpacked. I attempted to put on my shoes I noticed my socks were completely covered in animal hair & dirt. My wife is highly allergic to animals. The hotel started texting me about our room & how things were going & I replied: Question, do you allow animals in this facility & if so has there been any in room 426?? They replied: Dear Sean, thank you for reaching out with your question, we do allow animals in our hotel, however, we have a deep cleaning protocol at the end of our stay with us, unfortunately we can not tell you if in room 426 has had one before. I hope this answer has been helpful. I replied: When we entered our room there was a strong smell. I took a shower while my wife unpacked her belongings. When I got done with my shower my wife was complaining of a headache. I put on clean socks & continued to get ready for our dinner plans, as I went to put on my shoes this is what my socks looked like! My wife is highly allergic to animals! By the looks of my socks the room WAS NOT professionally cleaned! We had no idea you allowed animals in this Hotel because the Cambria in Nashville, TN doesn’t.

Good value hotel

The whole hotel was clean and the rooms didn't have carpets which was nice.

Cleaning is done once every three days if no request is made, but they said they would do it if requested. I requested it on the second day, but they ended up cleaning on the third day at 6pm. I think it would be good to do simple things like changing towels and emptying the trash can every day.

No microwave in room. There was constant noise from air conditioning throughout the night and nothing we could control We request a bathtub when we booked the room and again when we checked in. When we got into the room there wasn’t a bathtub!!! We were already there so we let it go but so frustrating!! Upon check-in she nodded when I said we requested a bathtub! The hotel breakfast was carb loaded. There was only one item that we could eat so we never ate in the hotel.

Modern Luxury with Very Friendly Staff

Beautifully Decorated, sleek, modern and very clean. The friendly and accommodating staff were fantastic! I will stay again and highly recommend!

If I had to choose something it would be the Entrance coming off Teaster from the opposite side is a bit tricky, with a very sharp turn to enter u less you want to turn around and circle back.
