Great hotel, but pool was inoperable

We like the location of the room and the frie4ndlisness of the staff. Hotel is clean.

We were traveling for my daughter's 10th birthday and a big part of why we chose this hotel was for the pool. The pool however was closed for repairs. I wish we would have been notified prior to arriving and given the option to cancel at no charge. I would have booked elsewhere.

Our stay was pleasant, but we wish that we would have been told about the pool before we arrived.

The indoor pool was not in working order which was disappointing because we were planning to use it quite a bit and ended up having to spend more money to entertain my children

Room was clean, and quiet, however, Room was not ready by advertised time of 4:00PM.

Pet friendly and very clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was an added value.

Check in was delayed, facilities were not ready upon arrival. Had to change schedule, forcing us to miss planned events and to keep pet in crate far longer than anticipated.

Maintenance tried to use metal hook to break in room.

The location is good.

The fragrance is horrible as soon as you walk in. The room was dirty and had unfinished dry wall in the bathroom. We were moved rooms and a maintenance man tried to use a metal hook to break in the room at 9 am without ever knocking or calling. The front desk worker made excuses and said they had the right to enter the room anytime they wanted.

Great location, easy to access all attractions. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

Indoor pool was closed and we were not aware of this. Door slam shut so that made for a noisy morning with everyone leaving their rooms. Front desk staff was not friendly, felt cold and not personable.

Enjoyed staying here. This is our 3rd stay and as usual they met all of our expectations.

The room was very comfortable, clean and we had everything we needed. All was exceptionally well.

Breakfast was excellent and with great selection. Everything was clean including the lobby and gym. Overall experience was great and we will be returning.

I would to like to have one more curtain option to completely black out the room. Heated outside pool would make it perfect at least half of the year because we would have used it every day if it was heated.

Very upset and demand a refund!!!

Nice location

There was no where to park . 1st night the guy at the counter told me to park across the street in public parking so I did and my car was towed!!!! So I had to figure all that out to get my car back which wasted 1/2 a day away & had to pay to get my car back 285!!!!And on the 2nd night no where to park again I had to wait for a hour for someone to leave from the hotel next to us to park all the way over there . Elevator where not working.room was dusty and the dishes where the dirty also the pull out was dirty.i went for breakfast at 915 and was told they where not going to refill the yogurt and the Bacon was raw , biscuits where hard . For the price I paid I was not happy with what kind of experience we had I demand a parcel refund please.. and don't let me for get the noise other guess that where there for a car show with there loud cars at 2-3 in the morning!!!

Clean and great location but not worth the rate per night.

I liked that it was located near a bunch of things on the strip, and it was pet friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool, and having the indoor/outdoor pools was great due to the weather being dreary while we were visiting.

When we first arrived, we checked in and was assigned a room. After going out to my vehicle and retrieving our belongings and my family, we were stopped in our tracks, and they switched our rooms with no explanation. The beds were uncomfortable. My toilet paper holder was loose and kept dropping the roll on the ground. The towel hook was also loose and coming out of the wall. The breakfast the first morning was not warm but on the second day it was warm which was refreshing. For the price I paid for two nights, I was expecting more from a Hilton Hotel.

Good option if you like convience

The hotel is clean and welcoming. Staff in front are friendly and professional. the pool is a nice amenity. Very close proximity to all attractions in pigeon forge.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable. The sliding glass door to shower didn’t slide easy. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk but if offering hot food, it would be a good idea if it tasted fresh. The hash browns were stale. The eggs were lukewarm. They do have barbecues but don’t have cookware in rooms available.

Location of course close to all attractions.

Out of my 6 night stay only had my Room serviced by Housekeeping one night. Was informed Housekeeping clean rooms without the DND sign every two days and with my whole family staying for 6 nights that's a lot of trash, Dirty towels. Had to call front desk to get clean towels and trash bags. Was disappointed to book a room with Kitchen and no stove only a portable one that you have to get at Front Desk.

We love the way the room smelt so very, very clean and supplying clean towels we love. The comfortable bed and the small couch handy to set on. We hope to stay again soon. Keep up the good work, because it means a lot to us.

The property was near everything Gatlinburg! The breakfast was amazing and the little lady that was behind the food was the best! The only thing that they could fix is the pool chlorine. Was very strong. Just sitting by the indoor pool for a few minutes tore my eyes up.

Fantastic location and big comfy room

they had a normal free breakfast that was delicious and easy for kids. The best part is the location, they are located close to everything in pigeon forge and on a convenient backroad that can get you to where you need to be faster without going on the main drag traffic. If you need to go to Dollywood it is right down the street. All of the shows and fun shops (especially the big walking outlet mall) are super close. Also the room was nice and big great for a pack and play set up like we had. Also our cat was comfy

the AC was having a hard time keeping up. The room was huge so we understand it may have been difficult for the little swamp cooler to keep it going. Also there was no bathtub. Other than that it was great!

Relaxing stay in Pigeon Forge

It was in a great location for us off the main strip but convenient. Located just behind Margaritaville.
