Amazing ! I will be back for sure !

Everything was perfect, personnel was very courteous and helpful, they made sure we were comfortable. Also all amenities were just perfect, up to date. The breakfast/bar area was amazing. The hotel is perfect for adults AND children. 10/10

If the rooms were a little bigger it would be nice but honeslty, everything else is 10/10.

Romantic getaway

The location was really close to the strip. The placement of the hotel was exquisite. The view was just breathtaking quiet serene. The root top Terrace was my favorite part. There was a little mini spots. You can get away by yourself, or if you just wanted to be, you know, lovey dubby couples. You had multiple fireplaces on the terrace. Anywhere You sat out on the Terrace you had a gorgeous view. The bartending is amazing. Along with the restaurant

Keep in mind We did go on the offseason during middle winter, but It was still really nice. 10 out of 10 phenomenal. Oh best part " I was there for my Birthday/wedding anniversary So the staff over heard and ask me room # They service my room and left a surprise a made up towel cake lol" It's the little things like that. That goes a long ways for simple people like myself. I just over the Moon with big smiles around. Thank you to the amazing staff - We the Martin's will come back every year 🥰 Special Thanks to: -Kitchen staff I can't remember his name but "African American old gentlemen, who did breakfast in the morning, he said he moved from Florida and made homemade cakes" -Also Thanks to Joseline "Front Desk" for setting the whole tempo for our trip with her big smiles and caring attitude 😀

This place is awesome ! It literally has everything ..the rooftop bar restaurant lounge and outdoor area are fabulous and the food is great! The whole hotel is beautiful 🤩 rooms are spacious and comfortable with balcony’s that actually have awesome views of the mountains

Property was very nice & loved the view from our room & balcony.

Wish they wouldn’t put pets around other guest rooms as when the people leave their rooms & pets, they break the peacefulness for people around them. We had for a couple of days a barking dog that was left in a room close by, began very annoying to other paying guest. I love my dog but have respect for other paying guest to leave my dog at home or either stay with them in the room or possibly take them when the owner leaves the room. There should be pet policies in place as to not disturb other paying guest, a totally separate floor would be my suggestion.

A little pricy, and we didn’t know about the $20/day resort fee, but I guess the price is justified because of all the great things about it.

It was beautiful and clean. Loved the rooftop outdoor seating and the breakfast area was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and hot. Lots of choices and plenty of everything. It was top notch!

Nice, but needs some improvement

The lobby was lovely and welcoming. The outside area had something for everyone, games, pools, and a sitting area. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was professional but not well informed on charges. More on that in a moment. The room was very clean and gorgeous. The sitting area sofa was very comfortable and allowed for good afternoon nap and evening TV watching. The balcony is a nice size with comfortable chairs. Perfect for morning coffee, if the Keurig had worked. The gym was well equipped. I only needed the treadmill when my blood sugar went too high, but it is an excellent gym and very clean. The elevators were located well for all the rooms. The location was good, out of the main traffic but still with a nice view. The bathroom layout is great for two people.

On the negative side, the walls are very thin, and we heard every word from our neighbors. There was loud music from the pool area at 7a.m. that woke us up. The lock on the sliding door to the balcony wasn't even connected to the wall. It was just hanging there by one screw. There is no secondary safety lock on the room entry door. That is a safety issue. The beds were uncomfortable for such a new hotel. The Keurig didn't work properly, and there was only enough coffee for one cup. The reservation was for two people for two nights. The breakfast bar food was sparse and cold. The lighting is very dim and that makes apply makeup in the bathroom difficult. When we arrived, I was told I had to give my credit card for a $20 per day fee and $50 incidental fee. The person who checked us in was not aware that that fee is paid with a Booking.com reservation. Thankfully, the other person at the desk did know. I was told that $20 per day fee would be reversed, but it is still on my bank account.

Do better you ratchet hood rats

Booking.com ruined our 10 year wedding anniversary in the most sleeze way possible! Overselling rooms at the Embassy Suites Pigeon Forge which is still under construction. Made worse by the incompetent and downright scum staff that has been hired to open this hotel. Run the other way from both companies! Horrible. You should be shut down, actual scam artists.

Hotel bem organizado, tem estacionamento, moderno, o sétimo andar muito bom para refeições e diversão em família.

Fiz uma reserva de um quarto para 4 pessoas, chegando lá era uma cama de casal e um sofá cama. Outro dia pedimos limpeza (serviços de quarto) e não fomos atendidos.
