Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved the to floor of the hotel, which had outdoor fireplaces with warm blankets. It was awesome being outside in December. The rooms were large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was spacious and lighting throughout was perfect. The lobby is gorgeous, the staff friendly and accommodating, and location with beautiful view. They had a pool and an outdoor hot tub, fitness facility and water station with three different types of water.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions in Pigeon Forge. The hotel room is of decent size and clean. Beds offer sufficient support. We like the commons area on the 7th floor, and it offers a great view of the Island and the mountains. The indoor warm water swimming pool is nice to use during cold weather.

I thought that breakfast was included with my stay. I was given wrong information by Google when I queried this question. We caught at least 5 ladybugs hanging inside our room daily.

It is at good location with good view of the city and mountains. Rooftop is very nice.

Tempo and Embassy Suites by Hilton operate as one property with two hotels. To check in, guests must go to the Embassy Suites front desk. Unfortunately, the check-in experience at the Embassy Suites counter was not very welcoming. The Tempo rooms do not have microwaves, and I even found bugs in my room. The only microwave available is located in the Embassy Suites front desk area. When I called to ask about it, the staff told me that this was the only microwave available for Tempo guests. It was disappointing to pay so much and not have access to basic amenities that most standard hotels provide. I had to take my kids’ milk and food all the way from our room to the front desk area just to warm it up, this didn’t felt good. Pretty sure not booking again here.

It was excellent overall. However, for the price add a separate checkin process for Tempo.

The ambience and cleanliness.

Sharing the check in with Embassy because it was too long to check in. Also, because the Tempo had a paid breakfast, it was annoying that I had to wait in line at the paid breakfast because the Embassy guest was unsure where to get their free breakfast.
