Elevator broken, the room we got was on the 4th floor even though the parking lot was almost empty. The pool was ice cold, the hot tub ice cold as well. Lazy river was slightly warm but only a few floats. The whole pool area looked like something off of a scary movie. Pool area super dirty, the restroom down there was unusable. We asked for a refund and left. We stayed somewhere else.

Booked this hotol on black Friday sale. Hotel is under major renovation(much needed), which should be disclosed when booking due to the caution tape everywhere and busted holes in walls. Every faucet/shower was dripping in the 3 different rooms we stayed in. Were we displaced from our original room at 3am the 3rd night and moved to another part of the building due to a broken sprinkler head in another room, which caused evacuation. The pics of the pool and lazy river area make it appear much larger than reality and the water was very cloudy. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

When we got there they were renovating. We did not know. The “arcade” room was a few games not what I was expecting. The pool area was like a dungeon. Not like what is pictured. There was dog poop in the hallway. When we got to our room the fridge stand was broken and the fridge was wobbly and leaking water. We went on the balcony and there was a dirty baby diaper on the air unit. We found another baby diaper behind the dresser. The room was not clean. The chair to the table in the room had bird poop on the cushion. Then, this morning a room on the 6th floor had a fire and we all had to be evacuated at 3:30 am. We were able to go back and pack our bags at 4:30 am and everything was flooding and our hall had the power shut off. So we had to carry all our stuff down 5 floors and track through standing water. Not the hotel experience I was expecting for our family holiday weekend.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK: This was the worst hotel my wife and me have ever stayed at. I booked through hotels. com and paid when we checked in, I will get to how that was a BIG mistake later. We were going on a vacation before my wife started her next round of treatments for breast cancer. It started out as ok, we could live with it. The smell of the place was like old incense or something, and the beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable, but I received a decent price so I figured we would deal with it. On the 3rd day of a week stay we were in our room as my wife was tied and laying down. A hard beating on the door then insued, I thought it was an emergency. Instead it was the manager I think his name is Nash saying the hallway stink and started accusing us of smoking, now granted we have never smoked in our lives but this man is telling, I said he could come in but he didn't. He yelled at my wife and that was the last straw as we had to get out of there before I was arrested for something he wouldn't have liked. He said a refund for the 4 days was being issued right then, we found another hotel within an hour and enjoyed the rest of our stay. I'm the end a refund was never issued, I even have the email where they tried to say it was, but the owner was caught in several lies by the customer service at hotels. com, PLEASE, pay the extra $10 a night to stay at a better place, you will thank me.

The property needs condemned it’s so nasty ,lights broken , heat and air broken , unfriendly staff with kids running the halls at night , pool is nasty , carpet smells like pets and urine , broken ice machine, tv cut in and out with lines through the picture, this place is a nightmare

Staff was nice but the room wasn't very clean, beds were very worn down. There appeared to be a blood stain on one of the comfortors. There was a wadded up towel thrown into the top of the closet area. There were signs saying they were renovating and definitely evidence of renovations behind done which is fine. I hope to check it out once renovations are complete. The pool area was open but also getting renovated so it wasn't very welcoming.

The room was old, had a strong smell in it. Bed sheets and pillows were not clean and the pillows were of bad quality. The carpet and ceiling had defects. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned when I got to the room. all the toiletries had not been restocked. The toilet was dirty. There was hair all over the counter. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and needed to be updated due to horrible sagging in them. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and there was no heat in the room. There was one elevator for the whole hotel, one ice maker, it worked the first day but never worked again. The breakfast was okay. The hotel was under construction and not specified on the website. The pool area was in horrible disrepair. Shocking that it was still being used. All in all, not a very pleasant stay..

The motel was not clean, the water was not hot so Luke warm showers at best. There were holes n the bathroom door, the ice machine was broke. The halls had a bad smell. Only one elevator working. Would not recommend staying here. The website is very misleading the place does not look like the photos.

To much to list. Only 1 of the 4 elevators worked, the heated pool was cold, the security cameras were literally hanging from the ceiling, we had blood on our comforter, we were moved to another room that had a leak in the bathroom and exposed wires. It was a cheap hotel, I got what I paid for.

Only 1 elevator worked so no handicap accessibility to the pools. Breakfast was horrible. Complained about cigarette and weed smoke in the halls, nothing was done. The wifi was horrible. Signs everywhere stating they were under renovation, yet there was none. Mattresses were horible, you could feel and see every spring and coil. When we got to the room you could tell that it had not been cleaned properly. They didn’t have rags so we had to go buy them. Housekeeping never cleaned the room while we were away. We had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels. The hot tub and lazy river was the only good thing about our stay.

The room was gross yes they say they are remodeling but I think that’s an excuse. There was mold in the bathrooms and the refrigerator still had food someone else left. The sheets and blankets had stains and burn holes in them. The floors were gross I could go on and on. We will never stay there again. We would of moved hotels but it was during New years and ever hotel was triple the price or couldn’t accommodate our big family as everything was sold out.

The Park Tower hotel is centrally located in easy to find inconvenient to everything in pigeon Forge. The hotel is under major renovation and much of the interior hallways and facilities were in some stage of renovation. The pool, hot tub and lazy river area was all functional and working good Front desk is helpful when checking in and checking out. Room was a good size with two large queen beds everything was functional TV was good. Heat was very good as it kept the room nice and warm in the cold winter season really enjoyed the buffet for breakfast. They had a nice selection of food, hot scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle machine, fresh, hot coffee, and juices. I certainly a great benefit at this hotel, hopefully the hotel will finish it renovations and get things looking good and back up to snuff sometime in the future.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The bed was flat and very overused! The blankets had stains. The floors are dirty and stained. The pool smelled horrible! We put up with everything and ended up having to leave a day early for a family emergency and the hotel refused to refund our one night and that was ok with us but they ended up double charging us for our complete stay and adding a early check out fee! Hotels.com wouldn’t help us, they said they couldn’t reach the hotel! Save your money and stay somewhere cleaner!

The beds were clean, but the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. There was some kind of sticky candy on the floor beside one of the beds. The towel rack kept falling off the wall. The hallways were dirty and in need of a good vacuum. Otherwise it was ok.

I understand the hotel is being remodeled but cleaning should be a top priority. A Deep cleaning needs to be done to carpets, walls and doors and the mini fridges should always be checked during a cleaning because we found melted ice-cream sandwiches in the freezer. Balcony was nice but one chair was falling apart. After the remodel I would gladly return because the location is great.

My grievances are not with the staff; they were kind and doing their best in a very poor situation. My purpose in filing this complaint is to warn others from making the mistake of staying at this hotel. This hotel is unsanitary and looks nothing like the photos advertised. Any positive reviews appear misleading. Upon entering our room, there was an immediate and overwhelming body-odor smell. The air conditioner rattled loudly and emitted a hot, unpleasant odor, causing concern it could be a fire hazard. We were initially placed in one room and complained about the shower. We were moved to a second room; however, both rooms had the same strong body-odor smell, and both showers were set up identically. The shower nozzles were fixed and would not turn past halfway, forcing us to take lukewarm showers. The property was extremely dirty. Debris, dirt, and trash covered the floors and were never vacuumed—the same wrappers were present upon arrival and departure. The walls were filthy, and the bathrooms contained visible mold. I am highly allergic to mold and experienced red, swollen eyes and constant nasal drainage during my stay, with relief only when outside the hotel. The bathroom air vents had years of accumulated dust and were clearly never cleaned. Fire alarms were missing batteries, creating a serious safety concern. Although signs stated “excuse our mess, we are remodeling,” this appeared to be an excuse for ongoing uncleanliness. I could go on and on….

The entire hotel but especially my room had a horrible odor. The hotel looks nothing like the photos, the pool was ice cold and was run down. Only 1 elevator worked for the entire hotel. The balcony door did not lock the sink light didnt work. I wanted to check out at check in but was told i couldnt cancel either night of my stay. I will never stay here again and will tell all i know to not stay there as well. It was horrible. I also have pictures of the hotel

Room was older, but clean. Hotel is doing renovations and they look great! Can't wait to visit again when they are complete. Our room had a jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace and every room had a balcony (not private). Overall great place to stay with no complaints.

The room was mostly clean. There was some garbage and dirt around but overall clean. The hotel is doing some renovations so I’m sure it will be better in the future. The staff was great and friendly. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
