Location was perfect! The room was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful. We were very pleased with the cost. The decor was very nice!

The bed was not the most comfortable and the tv felt a little dated however, we will absolutely stay here again and look forward to potential updates!

Loved the location even though by 2 go cart tracks. Once in the room you can’t hear them at all. The room itself is a little outdated with huge furniture and a huge jetted tub. The carpet appeared new, the room was very clean. An added bonus is you have a perfect view of fireworks every night at 9:55 from Dollywood. I will definitely stay there again if affordable

Little cramped with all of the big furniture and tub which we didn’t use. The tub might be a plus to some and no way to please everyone, personally I would prefer the space.

We loved everything about our stay. So welcoming and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony with the stream. Watching the different water fowl. Everything we did was close to the Rivergate.

I would definitely stay here again

The room was very cozy and the bed was very very comfortable. I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the rustic/antique looking furniture. Was also nice to receive a code when the room was ready, was self service type of situation. But if you needed something all you had to do was text.

Our door definitely needed to be better insulated. Maybe it was on the to do list because the website states the doors are very well insulated to keep us from hearing the noise of the go cart track directly in front of us. It was not horrible but we were exhausted and did not want to hear the music.

Excellent location for our planned day trips. Housekeeping staff phenomenal…. very attentive and responsive to our requests.

Some loud music late the first night and early the first morning, attribute that to another guest. Otherwise, a very clean and convenient property.
