I had the ice machine on our floor and it seemed like everyone was using it. It was so loud.

Great for a couple's trip

I love that they give you a voucher for the restaurant across the street, for their breakfast. It's like ten dollars for me and my husband to upgrade to the buffet. So we walk out of there. Spending ten dollars every morning for a buffet breakfast. Love the fireplace and the Jacuzzi tub in the winter. Also, they finally have a lock on the pool. So more privacy.

They only have one elevator and sometimes you will be waiting on it for a while.

Fantastic Hotel

We have stayed here many times in the past five-six years and it's always clean and smells nice. The staff are friendly and speak to you whenever they see you. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The location is great and we can walk to my husband's favorite restaurant The Potter's House Cafe.

No complaints! The only thing we've ever had ANY trouble with is noisy neighbors (that's an issue with any hotel and has nothing to do with the hotel itself) and this trip was a peaceful getaway.

I love this place will go back again.

It was great! Wish it was in the hotel rather having to drive because it was cold. However it was across the busy 4 lane street, so it was kind of dangerous to walk your family especially small kids.

Every thing was perfect with the exception that I had the flu on the first day we arrived. Spent my whole vacation in bed sick as a dog. I would definitely return again! The hot tub could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. We had to clean it ourselves before getting in.

Large , clean suite. Had a king and queen bed. I asked for and received with no additional charges for a roll away bed. The towels were very nice.

Great location and staff, could just use better sound proofing

Loved the room. The two beds are separated by the bathroom in the middle, and there is a pocket door for the first bed, which grants extra privacy. Both beds have their own TV mounted on the wall too. If you're on the river side of the hotel, the balcony provides an awesome view of the water. Shower was lovely too and honestly one of my favorite hotel showers.

Pillows were a bit flat, and sound was a problem. I would advise not having a room near the ice machine or elevator as you'll hear them through the wall. There were also some people who were being very loud during the night in the hall, but the front desk immediately went to check on this when called about it, and other people's loudness is not the fault of the hotel either. Would absolutely stay here again.

I love that you get a discount voucher for Ragen’s House of Pancakes across the street! My husband and I can eat a buffet style breakfast for $11.08 every morning! I also thoroughly enjoy the fact that Old Mill is just across the street so you can sit in the balcony and watch all of the happenings or walk over and join the fun!

The trash trucks can be very loud early in the morning but only if you’re on the lower levels of the building.

The room was so clean and very nice. We used the breakfast voucher at Reagan’s pancake house and upgraded to the buffet for all you can eat for only $11 for both of us. It was delicious. We were able to walk to the old mill and patriot park both nights we stayed.

Great weekend place.

The price is amazing. It is a basic hotel, but very clean and a fantastic location. Don’t expect luxury but you will get function, clean, and comfortable.

There is a large jacuzzi tub in the room, which we don’t need. Other than that, the room is a great value.

Love the room set up. The beds are separate d by the bathroom and the sink is outside of the bathroom. Which makes it so 2 people can get ready at once. The staff are great.

The hotel is clean and very nice and the breakfast voucher is a plus for a cheap good hot breakfast.

I requested a view of the mountains from my room. It was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast buffet across the street is always a plus for me and my hubby. The hotel gives you a voucher to eat. All it cost us for 2 people and 2 drinks was $11.00 per day with the voucher. This is a hot breakfast with fruit included. The jacuzzi tub with jets is outta this world!

The first wkend of October is when the low rider popping cars are in town. There were hundreds of cars which made travel difficult. I really wish the city would impose a curfew to take the loud cars off the parkway at bedtime. They popped them little cars till around 2:00 am every morning we were there. They were nice to look at but sounded like gunshots. Some rattled the windows in the hotel.

The hotel was decent, updated, and decent priced. Staff was friendly.

As a first time 'adult couple' trip to the smokies though.... I had to move to a cabin in Gatlinburg to get away from the "pop up car show" that happened October 4 - 6. The Cars WERE awsome, but I came for an experience that wasn't plausible due to the total chaos that was consistently happening right outside our room! The room smelled like burnt rubber, it was consistently LOUD, there were so many cars and people it was hard to go do anything but just enjoys the cars and what you could. Doordash even closed down eventually! Staff and all locals got so aggravated it made the trip hard to enjoy though.

They don't serve breakfast but you get a voucher for the restaurant across the street and the food was very good. The hotel does provide coffee which was excellent. The entire staff (day and night shift) was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Some traffic noise but they are on the main strip. It's expected if you have any common sense. It really wasn't that bad.
