THE PRPOERTY CANCELED MY RESERVATION.

They canceled my reservation without me knowing then tried charging me $50 more for the night and I went somewhere which was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

3 Stars... Good, but not great...

The room looked good, it smelled good, it was ckean, it had a nice mini fridge and microwave, it had a hair dryer, it had a good selection of channels to watch on the television, and it was very well lighted. It wasn't dark, like some hotels.

After I made the online reservation, we were enjoying our evening, and I received a call from the man at the front desk, asking me what time I thought I would be there. I honestly did not like that. I am very spontaneous, and I just decided to go on an unplanned, spur of the moment, overnight trip. I'll get there when I get there. And, most hotels have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket or comforter of some sort, and a very thin decorative bed cover, on each bed. But, each of our beds only had the fitted sheet, the flat sheet, and the extremely thin decorative bed cover, on them. There was no blanket or comforter to keep you warm at night. There was no coffee pot. And the handle to adjust the temperature of the water in the shower came off in our hands. It was also very hard to find a parking spot. It was cheap, it was clean, and it looked great. But, the internet said it is a 3 star hotel, and it is.

You get what you pay for

The location was good. Within walking distance to everything. The beds were nice after walking around all day. The A/C was cold when needed and the heat was hot when needed. The housekeeper did a good job with cleaning and our room was cleaner than most hotels we have been to. Would stay here again.

The fridge was on the smaller side but i didnt expect it to be huge. It did stop working on our last night there. And the water temperature in the shower was not the best. The sinks got hotter than the shower. The outlet behind the night stand was broke. There was no extra security locks in the door.

It was the worst stay at a hotel that I have ever had.10/10 would not recommend to anyone.

When I checked in and got to my room there were cockroaches in my room and my room spelled like smoke. I didn’t get to stay in my room. I had to go back home 2.5hrs away because they refused a refund and are still refusing to refund me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst any let alone my family and friends.

I liked that it was close to some of the attractions. It was river front. Bed was comfortable, microwave and refrigerator worked

It’s in a good location

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The pillows were hard as a rock. My wife and I stayed in a king bed room and it wasn’t very clean. My in-laws stayed in a double queen room and found at least 2 roaches in the room and they complained the beds were very uncomfortable also and it was dirty as well.

We felt safe behind the locked door.

Bed was clean and somewhat comfortable. Even though attempt to replace tub/shower, the surrounding trim was either loose or rusting.

Work on those items mentioned in previous comments. Found a couple of live roaches on sink area . Smelled “pot” near our doorway. Very sickening.

Staff was friendly, good location

Bed bugs. We stayed in room 200 newly renovated but the bathroom door didn't close due to uneven cuts. We saw a bed bug and reported it. Friendly staff changed the linens. We found a bed bug in the fresh linen. They told us we couldn't move rooms because they were sold out but they could spray the room while we went out. We found 6 live bed bugs the next morning. I have over 100 bites on my arms, back, chest and shoulder. After a doctor visit we still haven't seen the refund they spoke of

Beware of the night crawlers

Great location

This place has roaches that come out at night. We had to keep our belongings wrapped in trash bags. There isn't much parking space. No coffee pots in the room. The smoke alarm woke us up at 5am with no smoke or fire anywhere around. The next day they supposedly fixed it but it beeped all night long like it had a low battery.

I would stay there again

The location was great. Lots to choose from for places to eat. Close to Dolly Parton's Stampede. The rooms were really big. The AC worked great. The pool outside was clean. There is a microwave and mini fridge in the room.

No coffee maker. No breakfast options at the hotel. The elevator was broken. there were no toiletries like shampoo or conditioner included. The beds were hard as concrete.

107 1st room had roach bugs and the lady staff argued with me even though I had video and showed her the bugs behind the mirror and wall picture she moved us to 106 full size beds when I reserved two queens and river front view and definitely did not get either . Room 106 pillow had blood stain on it and sheets on both beds was nasty because she refused refund we had to stay anyways and slept on top of the covers on the beds. Other then the beds being wrong and very hard and sheets nasty and the bugs in the 1st room all together the pool and location was great. The lady staff refused a refund would not change sheets it was absolutely awful. But i was told at the pool by another guest that the hotel had a new owner and just maybe he didn't know about any of this. Anyways the staff told me to contact booking.com for my refund neither helped me . So I've learned my lesson.

That the place is across from the river

The carpets are nasty the bedding is old I bought sheets to put on the bed. The blanket had a cigarette burn. The pillows look like they are from 1996. I understands you get what you pay for but I can use some updating. The bath towels are the size of hand towels good thing I bring my own.
