You get what you pay for

It was right on the strip great location

The floor was not swept..there were big food crumbs and even a bottle cap on the floor, we both stepped on small shards of broken glass... we didnt have a stopper for the jacuzzi tub so we had to hunt one down. Hair in both tub drains. Bed was uncomfortable and TV(32in) was way to small for a suite. Oh and the remote on had 1 battery so we had to hunt batteries down too. It was a great price though, You get what you pay for it guess

I killed 6 cockroaches in our room, hair was all in our shower, sticky spots on multiple areas of the floor, and pee all over the front of the toilet.

Within walking distance of about everything. And our room had a balcony that overlooked the creek. Nice and relaxing.

Very friendly and clean stay with great location

The guys that work there are very nice and helpful. If you need anything they will get it for you right away. They speak English fluently so there was no confusion in communication for us. I have to say this was the best check in experience I have had in the area for sure. It was quick and they were so nice. The room was very clean, my daughter got the floor wet and I mopped it up with a towel and the towel was still white and clean so I know the floor was cleaned very well by the cleaners, I have done that at other hotels and the towel would be filthy after. The location is very convenient to all the tourist attractions in the area. Right down the road from the island. It was just me and my kids and I felt very safe the whole time. We liked staying here and look forward to staying again very soon.

It’s a little dated, the pool needed a little cleaning (the safety raft was stuck in the return that’s probably why), and the air unit was very confusing if we pressed a button it would just do random temps and fan speeds, it worked but not very well but other than that everything was excellent.

The room was gross. Very dirty, cockroaches, paper thin walls, no basics provided like Kleenex, shampoos, etc. This was the first hotel that I actually worried about bedbugs. And yes, I had to kill COCKROACHES on the floor!

What I liked about the colonial house motel was the location

What I didn’t like about the colonial house motel was the smell in the bathroom (of urine) , also the beds are pretty hard but good for your back :) the pillows are a no also.

It was ok for one night but not longer than that,

Location was not bad. The room was a good size.

There was not a coffee maker in the room. If you wanted some . You had to go to the office. We were there for one night so we did not bring any bath products . All they had was a bar of soap. No Kleenex or anything.

Decent motel in good location.

We enjoyed the location and price. Easy to find and short drive from all the attractions we wanted to see. Room was clean and warm when we arrived. Easy check in and check out.

It was close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were nice. The outdoor pool was nice.

What, I didn’t like about the property is we were asleep in the bed and a woman walked into our room because one of the staff booked our room to someone else and she come walking in our room and then I left to go to the store that morning and my boyfriend was in the shower and I couldn’t get back in the room because they had deactivated our hotel keys

Our room had sticky stuff all over the floor… Our pool was right next to the pool very noisy!! They did not sweep under bed… 2 bottles kids, sticky stuff all next to the night stand like some drop a drink… 2 kid toys under the bed. Mattress moves easily.. (the bed frames are metal) Overall ok for th price … but to me no matter what the price is is still should be cleaned appropriately! Great location!

The rooms were nasty and not cleaned well. There was other stuff left behind from other people who stayed the bed was so hard you could sleep they say breakfast they don't have any type of breakfast the heated pool has so much chlorine it ruined our bathing suits bleached them different colors the jacuzzi tub in our room had scum from other stays there was crack in the juzzuzi tub as well and a needle 💉 cap in the parking lot for 300 plus for two nights not worth the money or time we left super early just because of the outcome of the hotel

The staff at the desk was extremely nice. Location is good.

The room was not clean. Floor had not been mopped and was filthy. The toilet seat was loose. And the toilet was leaking. There was also mold behind the tank on the wall. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working it was making a loud noise.

This hotel didnt have a NY breakfast for the guest .

My family and I do not smoke and do not like being around cigarette smoke because it is not good for your health . Therefore we get non-smoking rooms . But at our stay this time people were smoking on the balconies all through out the day and it was all that we could smell day and night .

Great location, great pricing, clean rooms They no longer offer a continental breakfast, but you can still get coffee and juice in the lobby. I saw the cleaning crew working one morning, and they were being thorough enough to pull the front off the climate unit, pulled everything out from the walls, and made sure everything was taken care of.

There's a certain amount of wear that will be part of staying in a budget motel. To have an actual complaint, the shower was a low pressure shower.
