Was a great stay great room.

I got the room with the jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Was great and great water pressure in the shower. Big room comphy beds. And 2 comphy chairs in there too!

The walls are paper thin. If you don’t mind hearing all the traffic and car alarms and kids running around then it’s great. It didn’t bother us but you could hear everything.

Location was great.

Uncovered outside steps going to our 2nd story room. Exposed to the weather while climbing steps. Breakfast was poor, not what we had expected. Big space but not much choice and not a lot of what they did have.

I’ll stay again. Could use some upgrades and bigger towels for the room and put pool towels at the pool.

The front desk staff was very nice. No bugs! Seemed clean. The room looks nice and the balcony. The pool area is clean too. The outdoor fire pit seemed awesome. Great location but a little loud if you don’t use a sound machine at night because of the cars outside.

Room 318 All of the outlets near the sink were tore up. The lights at the bed and the outlets there didn’t work either. The smell of Fabuloso was way to strong in the rooms and the pool area. The floors in the room needed to be scrubbed. The pillows were hard and flat. The smell of weed was out on the balcony because people smoking on theirs. The hot tub had way to much foam on it. And the pool was way to cold for February.

We enjoyed our stay.

Close to everything. The water pressure was a huge plus! The beds were pretty firm also. The office staff was nice.

You could hear the traffic and the walls were pretty thin, you could hear a cabinet being closed or the tv. Not the end of the world for us but if you need quiet to sleep it might bother you.

I will be back!

From the moment we pulled in they were so friendly. Having conversations with us, and just over all very welcoming. They have an indoor pool and a hot tub which was great considering we couldn’t leave because we got snowed in.

The only thing I could say is I wish they gave more towels in the room.

Fireplace didn’t work and heated pool was broken and FREEZING.

The location was the only good part of my stay

The room was not clean, the tub was broken. I paid extra for a room with a fireplace and it did not work. The beds were so uncomfortable and uneven. My 2 year old rolled off and me and my husband both felt like we were going to fall off the edge! It was like there was a hump in the middle and we were hanging on for dear life… :/ we had to put our kids mattress in the floor the 2nd night in case they rolled off again. Also the jacuzzi tub was broken on the outside. Very ghetto. Lots of weed smoking in or around the hotel.

Friendly place to stop and rest

The new breakfast room is nice, staff is very friendly and helpful.the great staff and the price are reason for renting the room. The one room we rented was descent and clean. We rented 2 rooms. So the price was good.

The other room was gloomy feeling and the beds moved all over. Kinda dangerous for handicapped room as it can slide out from under someone if using a wheelchair and sliding board to transfer. But we were tired The beds weren't very comfortable but we also had a handicap room for my mother. Side Note she did not have a wheelchair but a walker just speaking from experience working in healthcare.

The property has a very good location!

The breakfast cannot be call breakfast is just bread cereal, some days egg some days sausage coffee is bad and the staff rude and don’t care! I ask for towels over the phone in my second day and they told me was not more and I have to wait until the end of the day! The front desk don’t care and they answer very rude and unpleasant! The housekeeping are all men’s and kind uncomfortable if you travel alone as a woman however they are more supportive than the front office! The hotel has to buildings the old one and the renovated one so make sure ask for the new one! Cleaning is ok but I found so much dust and stains on the comforts! Towels are small and old

Overall it was a decent place to stay and close to everything in Pigeon Forge.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location was very close to everything and breakfast was decent. Jacuzzi was nice to have as well!

As soon as I went into my original room, we noticed a live bed bug on the sheet. I know it’s not the staffs fault, these things happen with millions of tourist coming through but they were helpful enough to move us to a different building into a sweet. Just be cautious and ALWAYS check the sheets/pillows!!

It was decent and the room was clearly clean. As soon as we walked in it was clean smell. Microwave, fridge, bathroom all clean no signs of dirt. Bed was neatly made no signs of stains.

The breakfast room was far away from our room and the breakfast bar could use more items. They didnt have any meat. Just eggs, gravy, biscuits, cereal, fruit, muffins. I guess that is better than nothing, but other than that everything was perfect.

The Lodge is a great rate and location, and the property functions well as an older motel.

Excellent location. For what it’s worth, the indoor pool wasn’t warm, but it’s in a well heated room. Staff were friendly each time we had a request. Helpful hint: the water can take some time to heat up. Once it’s hot, it’s HOT! Overall, it’s a low rate in a great location. The room is small, and the facility is dated. However, it was functional and pleasant.

Breakfast didn’t have many protein options. The 2 queen room was a little small for a family of 4.

For the money it was adequate and would probably stay again.

Breakfast was good. Little hard to get to but wasn't terrible.it was fresh and hot.

The traffic noise but expected it. The heat unit was slow to cycle. Probably needs a thermostat. Wire ran down the wall was very unprofessional. I'm in construction and know it could have been hid.

Enjoyed it relaxing!

It was our first time staying there. It was great. The junior suite was absolutely huge lol it needed a coffee table in the living room. There was no coffee table. Other than that, I loved it.

I don’t think there was really anything that we didn’t like other than having to pay for ice. I didn’t like the fact that you didn’t have a card entrance to get into the pool area like it was just open to anybody to enter.
