Easy access to Piegon Forge

Being right in the middle of downtown, you were close to everything. We walked everywhere.

The separate rooms. The staff did accommodate if I had issues. I did like having a parking space in front of my room. Spacious and clean

The front bathroom had no exhaust fan. Could not use the hot tub. No breakfast.

The room was very outdated, fruit flies flying all over the room. Came back they supposedly cleaned but beds not made, mirror still dirty and floors not vacuumed all they did was replace towels.

Stay was nice as always

I have stayed at the Parkway Inn a few different times. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the price is excellent. The location is also perfect for easily getting to most attractions.

Need a remodel

Door had a Crack at the bottom( let in cold air) we put a towel down against the door. Hot water is warm at best, flooring coming apart, no phone, ice cost 25 cents

Sad and disgusting.

Stains on bedspread. Towels were supposed to be white were noted gray and dingy. Curtains would not close so exposed to traffic. Mold on grout. Corners dirty. Room worn and dingy. Nothing like pictures. Left early cause of sad star of room.

Clean, easy, fun, and convenient

Convenient, easy, staff was easy and accommodating! For the price it was definitely well worth the money many times over! It’s one of the older hotels that’s been there for decades and decades but they have done a great job revamping it! They did really well. On the older re-vamped hotels they usually don’t put a ton of money and effort into getting it up-to-date but for the money it was comfortable, clean and staff was accommodating to our needs.

Cleanliness. Feet and socks got dirty from walking across the floor. Wiped floors with a damp cloth and it became black. Poor communication with the staff or owners. Overly strict on checking in and out.

TERRIBLE VERY BAD

The place was old the room was dirty and hair in the shower I will not be back with my family , they need to update went to turn on shower and the faucet was bad toilet lid was broke and it rain and flooded in the door which needs to be fixed it smelled so bad like mold and I’m very allergic to mold but we already booked room I wish I could really get some of our money back they brought towels but didn’t make the beds or change the sheets SO NO I WILL NOT SEND ANYONE THERE OR EVER STAY AGAIN

The location was pretty good close to all kinds of attractions

The beds were hard, the vending machines did not work, the snack machine sat right in the sun all those snacks were exposed to direct sunlight. There were cockroaches in our bathroom. Shower pressure was not great at all. Free WiFi didn’t work half the time

Enjoyable stay for the amount we spent.

It was easy in and out to the main drag. Plenty of places to sit down and eat or get carry out. Plenty of entertainment venues nearby. Although most of the shopping we did was away from the Inn, that too was ok. We hadn’t been to Pigeon Forge in about ten years. Although the traffic was bad, we got around easily. I like their you turns arrangements on the main drag.

Several of the wall outlets in our room didn’t work, but the head board had extra built in. Prices were ok.

Worst night ever! I would have asked for a refund, but no one was even in the office at 9 am.

The location

Beds were not comfortable, felt like sleeping on board and pillows were the size of a cushion 1 lump, shower made loud banging noises and felt like you were going to fall through the bottom, other guests were running outside knocking on doors, making loud noises all night long. Towels and wash cloths so thin you could see through them and very dingy. They put 1 bar of soap and 1 shampoo in bathroom (glad we always bring ours with us). Will never stay there again!

The desk, chair, and bed headboard was new and nice the shower was roomy with a curved shower rod. Location was fine

The first room we were put in did not look like the bathroom had been cleaned in some time and there was bugs in the room, the clerk did change our room with no issues. Beds had metal box frames made loud noise when you sat down on them. Bathroom in second room was cleaner didn’t see any bugs, floors in both rooms looked dirty, could use new carpet or new flooring

Decent for the price.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious . I was pleasantly surprised that it also had 2 bathrooms as well. We were able to relax in the room during down time without feeling like we were on top of each other. The location is fantastic, especially for the price . The room was clean and stocked with plenty of towels.

Now onto the cons. There was no blackout curtain on the window, only blinds. Even with the blinds drawn, you could see car lights at night and the bright sun in the morning. The beds were awful. Unfortunately, none of us slept well on them. The jacuzzi tub was huge , however the tiny faucet just couldn’t fill it up. Even after 45 minutes of filling the tub, it wasn’t even half full. The water also didn’t get very hot so the jacuzzi tub was essentially unusable .
