Loved the condo will stay again!

Loved how close it was to everything, loved the balcony and watching the geese, loved that it was quiet, you couldn’t hear everything that was going on outside. The beds were super comfy and the place was clean. Any issues were handled in a timely matter and they were super nice!

Could use a little updating, but other than that there isn’t much I didn’t like!

We had an excillent time while in Pigion Forge and we will probably give this property one more try.

The condo was very spacious and the bed rooms and bath rooms were clean.

The main living area wasn't very clean with stains on the rugs and furniture. We were on the sixth floor and the elevator was hit and miss.

Calmness, quiet, beautiful scenery. Lots of eateries and things to do including shopping.

The sauna old not necessary didn't look tempting Jets were old and dirty. and smell of mole. King-size room bathroom ceiling leaks titles need replacing a bigger toilet. Pictures to follow. Queen bed large hole where you lay your head. Wall paper peeling room just need updated. Patio chairs broken (arm) and hole in seat. Lighting so dirty Cobb webs and dirt covering it. Slab has lots of stains on patio. Nice place for the bucks just need a few updates it’s out dated. Couldn’t put all pictures but some of them. Thank you

We like where the unit was located. Bedding was nice.

The entire unit needs a LOT of attention. There was literally holes in the wall, paint was chipped, and in a mess, recliner on sofa broken, there were wires running along the edge of the door facing‘s from one bedroom to another, there was literally a plug from the ceiling fan to the wall plug assuming it was to make it run. The unit appeared very rundown, and in need of a lot of attention. We will not choose to stay there again, and we do not consider ourselves overly particular. We just like to feel comfortable where we are.

No king bed

Very spacious and close to everything.

The advertisement says that it has a king bed and 2 queen beds. It DOES NOT have a king bed. It had a full bed and 2 queen beds. The sliding glass door had a screw sticking inside that cut my hand.

It was clean other than the dryer being full of damp sheets and towels. Lady did give me a credit for the cleaning fee I was charged because of that, and the fact that I folded all the towels.

Wifi did not work - not available. The dryer was packed full of sheets and towels, and they are not dry. The dryer lint trap full. Issues with several lights and lamps. Curtains not connected to rods in living room very well, won't close all the way to provide privacy. No ice maker. Damaged bedroom furniture. Baseboard quarter rounds loose in a several places. Wall socket cover missing in one bedroom. Vent cover of a/c filter barely hanging onto wall. Bottom rail of freezer door missing. Have pictures of several of these issues. Basically, the building looked like an old hotel, the room looked nice at first glance, but after a few minutes, saw all the issues. The bedroom furniture looked like they were bought from a resale shop or Goodwill.

The accommodation was okay just to have a place to sleep.

The accommodation was okay for 6 people (3 adults and 3 teenagers). It is located near the main strip. We stayed 2 nights. The price was reasonable for just a place to sleep.

The condo (310 Little Pigeon) needs some TLC, minor maintenance, and the immediate location was not very desirable visually. If you are looking for luxury this isn’t the place. The furniture is worn, the toilet in the main bathroom needed a new ring (it rocked), the kitchen needs updated items, balcony door handle broken and difficult to lock, and no ice trays,

Unprofessional I will not ever stay here the people are very ruled. They have no respect for others. We had went in to used the bathroom the toilet wasn't working so my husband fixed it. Ruby which is the person who sold me the room charged me and I didn't lay my head there. Room was still clean but charged me for the housekeeper to go back in clean but wasn't messed up at all. Still waiting on my refund
