It was a nice hotel. Comfy beds. Just use the stairs.

Breakfast is almost non existent. Elevator broke down and my kid was stuck in for about an hour.

Elevator out of order. My room was on fourth floor. I told them I had a bad knee and wasn’t sure how it would fair. I ask about moving rooms the next day. I cut my trip short by 2 days because of this issue.

It was a nice get away for our family.

Our family was in the area for just one day and stayed at the Super 8 as recommended by family who previously stayed there. The hotel was close to many attractions we were interested in and our room was clean and comfortable.

Good value for low-budget stays. Rooms were good size.

The rooms seemed to have been updated since my last stay two years ago. This is a low-budget motel which was what I was on. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Poor breakfast (sweet rolls and apples, coffee) but the office is small and wouldn't accommodate a "regular" breakfast. Good location to rides, shops, and places to eat. The room was a good size and had a TV tray, office chair, and desk. Plenty of TV channels.

everything was wonderful love staying here no problems

there are only 2 handicapped parking spaces and that is not enough for a large motel like this one and I had to walk a long way to get to the elevator to get to my room and I am on a walker!

Nice clean place to stay in a great location!

Many nicer renovations than expected. Pool and pool area is very nice. Room has newer furnishings. Beds were very comfortable. Nice pillows. Bath has been renovated and was all newer and very clean. Very clean towels.

The array of personal items along the right side of the front desk make the otherwise very welcoming area, feel unprofessional and off-brand quality. Stairs to rooms are crumbled and stained.

Everything was great, everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was awesome and the price for a week was really great. I will be back there next year. Me and my daughter share the same birthday and we go every year for a week.

Wonderful Stay at Super 8 Pigeon Forge! I had a fantastic experience at the Super 8 in Pigeon Forge. The room was immaculate—very clean and well-kept. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I loved how close the hotel was to all the attractions; it made getting around so easy. One of my favorite parts was the seating outside the room. It was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunrise or sunset. The pool was a great bonus—warm and open 24/7! I also appreciated that housekeeping didn’t enter the room unless requested. Just leaving trash outside for pickup made me feel more comfortable in a new environment. The beds and pillows were super cozy, the air conditioning worked great, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely return and you should book a room here.

The only thing I skipped was the breakfast—it was a bit too simple for our taste, so we went out instead.
