Room Ok, Breakfast absolutely GROSS

Breakfast was as always BELOW MEDIOCRE again, simply said: absolutely Gross Any Fast Food place serves better quality for few dollars. Having such a Cheap Breakfast served at your room charges is totally unacceptable.

Location was ok

Dogs barking for hours on end. Staff couldn’t find them. I went down the floor under ours (3rd) found the 2 barking dogs right under our room. Got the lady and she heard it and called the owners. The most aggravating thing was ran out of breakfast for our family at 9am two of our 3 mornings and I had to take 7 people out for breakfast and cost me over $200 each morning.

The shower was crap . The bed was hard and uncomfortable . We actually left a day early because of the bed and shower . Also the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall . This was not Hampton like I’ve stayed at before . Plus I still haven’t received my refund about the shower situation ! They need to update the hotel .

Best hotel of my life

the room with a kitchen, full size fridge, eating bar, separate toilet and sink area, bed comfortable, storage room, this is the best hotel room of my life!!! I will choose Hampton Inn from now on..Im sold. I stayed three nights.Also had a love seat and tv area. You trusted bringing me extra towels and washcloths. Even had dish soap and dish towels. you dont get these in other hotel chains. Im saying I enjoyed the hotel as much as the activities around. It was my 66 birthday and I chose to go back to the hotel and just enjoy being there in the room!!! Thank you

Pleased

I like the property was off the beaten path, rates were very reasonable, lobby was very pleasant and warm, desk clerk when we checked in and out was very knowledgeable pleasant kind and friendly, room was warm beds slept great, with the adjoining rooms we did not hear a peek out anyone, breakfast was good, pleanty of handicap parking, will definitely make this our go to when get away.

Great stay, rooms need to be checked for tv remote, commode works properly, faucets work and check rooms for need. Staff great, breakfast great, rate good, place needs some tender loving. Have stayed at this location a few times and seems going down little, now time to pay attention. Do some marketing.

I loved the room it was like a one bedroom apartment with a big bathroom

The location was perfect us. I love that it has a kitchen in the room with a full size fridge, 2 burner stove top, dishwasher and sink.

The pull out couch was uncomfortable. You had to ask for maid service they didn’t check daily. Not many channels on the tv.

We’ve been to pigeon Forge a ton and stay somewhere new each time. That will now end bc we have found a hotel we both loved. we loved the location. the rooms were nice and clean. we got the kitchen king Suite with the separate living room off of the bedroom and it was very nice. we didn’t try the breakfast but it smelled amazing. most hotels make you wait until check in time. we was able to check in 2hrs early.

Everything was clean, and very nice staff. I loved that this was not in the center of everything but close to everything. The rooms were nice, clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing really i didnt like. I would have liked alittle more breakfast choices but that is understandable with the prices of food these days and most free breakfasts dont serve everything anyways but what they had was good and fresh.

The breakfast was great

The heater had a broken seal all around it letting cold air in from outside. Also, the fireplace didn't work in which the staff knew and didn't put us in a room with a working fireplace. When I told the staff about it they jokingly said I wasn't charged for it, but they could charge me if I liked. Really?!
