Enjoyed the parking, especially on a weekend Pigeon Forge was having a busy weekend with a ton of visitors. It was lit up well which matters to me. Clean, smelled fine, no issues that was major compared to others. The shower and 24/7 pool was great.

The only issue I had was with a wash cloth. It had a small faded red place on one, unknown what it was could’ve been lipstick could’ve been blood. I don’t expect for them to inspect those things. Just grabbed another one. I did notice in the bathroom above the shower bay on the drywall part it seems to have some water damage but with a shower that you could drown in with the wonderful water pressure I wasn’t worried about it lol.

The noise. The people next to me screamed all night long from 11pm through 4am. I was not able to sleep I got with the staff the next day. The staff was very sweet.

Enjoyed the area hated staying in a kennel like atmosphere.

The facility location was nice and the facility itself was clean. Very nice atmosphere in the building. The breakfast was nice even though it was a bit monotonous, maybe mix it up a little. This was minor though.

They allow dogs here and the dogs continued to bark for hours on end. I called to complain and they stated they would try to get in touch with the owners. Seems unfair that I have to suffer the dogs barking with no consequences to the dogs owners. The barking was truly above and beyond. I know the staff can't do much but I paid for peace and quiet as well. Very discourteous owners leaving the dogs in the rooms all day. The police coming for the domestic violence call was disturbing but out of the control of the facility. The disgusting guest that spit in the hot tub multiple times also ruined that bit of relaxation. I do not know how many luggage carts they have but maybe a few more. The base of the bed made terrible noises like it was going to break when you even rolled over.

Location was great.

Included breakfast was not very good. The pool area was incredibly overcrowded. There were at least 30 people in or around the hot tub. The room was okay. It's a bit dated and the bathroom was not the cleanest. The toilet wasn't very secure and rocked. The entire hotel needs some love

I loved everything about this hotel!!! The cleanliness, the breakfast buffet, the 24 hour pool, the popcorn, the bar!! very nice place!

The mattress was hard as a brick.. my body hurts so bad from staying here.. also I think they only make popcorn 2 times a night and there is a lot of people so it goes fast.. get in line as soon as it’s done cooking or you won’t get any..

Employees were nice and courteous and everything was clean.

It was very nice for the money.

I have a service dog and have never been asked to take his picture. According to ADA there are only two things that are allowed to be asked and that’s it. It wasn’t a huge deal but a bit uncomfortable and unusual as we’ve traveled with him 6 years and this was a first.

Property was located in the perfect area. Lots to do around the facility. The guy at the front desk was excellent. Very customer oriented and patient.

The only downfall was the mattresses were not very comfortable. Other than that, the room was super clean. Bathroom was perfect.

Great family or business hotel with amenities

Great location, amenities, and outstanding service. 24-hour coffee station and lemon-infused water . Free movie and popcorn every night with a 24 hr indoor heated pool and hot tub. Beautiful facilities. Decent breakfast buffet . Water pressure in shower was great. Beds were firm but comfy.

The bathroom is a little tight. Would have liked a full sized mirror outside the bathroom to help with multiple people in room trying to get ready at the same time. Sometimes the coffee in lobby was cold . I would just bring it to my room to heat it up in my room microwave. The small fridge in room was missing the freezer box and drink drawer. The beds could be a little softer. The buffet is the same every day, so if you want something different you'll have to go out.

This hotel is worn out and not a luxury resort

The breakfast was so crowded with giant families and kids it was impossible to get in. We skipped breakfast the entire time.

The hotel was overcrowded with large families on a budget ordering food from outside the hotel or bringing in fast food. Setting up makeshift dining areas in the hallways making lots of noise and food bags and containers everywhere.

Grandchildren 15 bday getaway

Stayed here multiple times. Each grandchild turns 15 its their go to spot. This is 5th time. Always exceptional. Clean, friendly staff. Kids love indoor pool area and hot tub
