Close to convention center.

The staff, the assistant general manager’s attitude, the charging of my card for a cancelled room…there are plenty of other places to stay in Pigeon Forge.

Wife forgot her cell phone and we were contacted that house keeping had found it and it would be given to the manager to be sent to us.It is now 10 days later and no phone. I have sent emails, left voice mail and called numerous times and can get no information. I just want to know where the phone is. If they won't send it to us I will drive the 18 hours to pick it up. If only someone would give me some information!!!

Could be cleaner and bed covers need to be checked when people check out.

The room was spacious, plus a decent size kitchen and bath.

On the last day we were there, I was straightening the room and I noticed two drops of blood on the coverlet. There was also a piece of paper that had blood CB on it in the hallway that had been there since we checked in. The carpet in the hallway had not been vacuumed for the two days we were there. I notified the person at the desk when we checked out.

Great location beautiful spacious room, Robin and the manager at the front desk were awesome

First Lady at the front desk was not able to pull up the confirmation number (booking.com number is different then theirs) or by last name she quickly moved us aside and told us to call booking they probably cancled it. Robin to the rescue and found it listed by my first name.

Staying here perfected our Anniversary Get-Away!

The outside & inside of the property is exceptionally clean, the area is perfectly quiet despite being just a couple of minutes from all of the action you want to experience in Pigeon Forge! The bedding was cozy & comfortable- the kitchen has all the amenities of your own home including plates, glasses, silverware, a corkscrew and a can opener. The bathrooms have plenty of towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner & body soap. The staff are very helpful, pleasant and seem to genuinely care that you enjoy your stay.

Great, clean experience!

The breakfast was good. We were in a room where the window faced the inner corner of the structure. So there was no view. Staff were helpful and kind. The room was clean and I liked the separate kitchen area.

Nice hotel in a not so busy part of Pigeon Forge

The room was spacious, fairly quiet, the bed mattress was firm and comfortable. There is an EV charger (4 Chargepoint stations) about 200 ft from the hotel (per pay).

For wifi you need to register a marriott account.

All in all a great place to stay!! I’d stay there again!

The hotel was very clean and staff very nice. The location was great and convenient to everything on the parkway. It’s location being on Teaster means convenience with a lot less traffic!! The pool area was beautiful. The breakfast was great. The rooms kitchen area was wonderful!!! The kitchen area had everything you could need. We will stay again!! The scenery was beautiful also.

There needed to be more elevators at the hotel. The location of the elevators made walking to some rooms a long walk. There was not enough luggage carts to accommodate everyone (it was rod run weekend, so there was a lot of people), so therefore, walking down 2 long hallways with luggage and a cooler was rough. There also needs to be ice buckets in the rooms. I also spoke with other guests that made the same comments. Having said that, I would stay again though. The good outweighs the bad. The tv would be better suited if it was mounted on the wall instead of sitting on the desk. It made laying in bed watching tv a little challenging.
