From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the property and our suite.

Mill Springs Lodge was as advertised. The property was landscaped beautifully, our suite was very nice and comfortable, very clean. The walk-in shower was amazing. We were able to purchase discounted tickets for local attractions on site, at the property.

We could easily hear voices from the room next to us. We could also hear the people walking in the room above us. We did advise the front desk of the situation, they did what they could, but it was still an annoyance throughout our stay.

What a beautiful property! The amenities were superb, the location was convenient and quiet. We had a two bedroom and it had so much room! The staff was so nice and friendly. I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Pigeon Forge!

Great stay!!!

Everything was great. Had a small issue with the room they fixed it right away!! Pool/hot tub is great. Wish it was warmer but loved how they share amenities with the property next door. Which is within walking distance. Rooms was spacious!!! Balcony great!! Huge shower. We had a 2 bedroom. 3 bed, 2 bath. Loved it. Kitchen was huge and great lay out!!! We will definitely be back!!! Management was also amazing!!! Helped with everything right away!!!!

So comfortable

The lay out of the rooms was private for each person of our family group beautiful rooms loved the suite,, amenities cleanliness,, was great,,will stay again

Well, my niece and her friend got stuck in the elevator and we’re in there for about 20 to 30 minutes, they where slightly panicking, but I talked them through it by keeping them on the phone until the people were able to help at the hotel ,but the people there quickly got them out and everything was fine and everybody was trying real hard and was friendly, but I didn’t like that all the cleaning workers were using the same elevators as everybody that was trying to check out,,,so that was one of the reasons I think that we couldn’t get down and get to our cars and unload our suitcases easily was inconvenient. and I think that might’ve been one of the reasons the elevator got stuck,,with my niece and her friend because so many people were kept hitting the elevator button trying to get down and so was the workers trying to do there jobs,, saw a lot of people who were older and some that were handicap, having difficult time maneuvering around all the workers with their big carts of things. We where also hurrying around trying to check out go to church that morning ,, It was a chore maneuvering around everyone for my husband and myself let alone someone else that would be an elderly or handicap person ,,,,also we left my husband‘s boots in the room and we wasn’t allowed to come back and just pick them up. We’ve had to go through the big process and probably don’t know if we’ll see them again. But again I want make it clear this is a very nice place beautiful rooms and very clean and the staff was super nice.
