Great location

The indoor pool, firepit, fireplace in lobby, outdoor fireplace.

Stain on the sheets, door fell off that covers the microwave and fridge. Wifi wasn't that great. Says that breakfast is included but definitely is not!

Did not get room I booked. No balcony as requested. Room was not ready when I arrived and was told it would be a hour wait time due to occupant had not checked out. Desk clerks not friendly. No breakfast.

The hotel is one of my favorites for a small vacation, it is clean, comfortable, and great!

This hotel is so nice and is really a great place to be at for vacation. It was cold but there was a indoor pool and it felt really nice. The staff was really nice and would really help us with any questions.

The only thing that I wish was there was a free breakfast or area for breakfast like a buffet but not just a restaurant, other than that I love this hotel.

The staff were all kind , the over all value for daily rate was disappointing

Location was good and the lobby was inviting

First ,or the price per day there was no continental breakfast. The bistro in the lobby charged 14 dollars for 2 eggs… pricey. It was cold and the coverings on the bed did not include a warm blanket. The pillows were flat , no support and were the worst I ever slept on. I wadded up an extra bedspread supplied for the sofa bed and used it as a pillow. The sofa bed couch was hard and had no arm rests. The ottoman had dirty spots. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Showering made the bathroom humid and it took a while for the moisture to clear . Not to mention the lingering odor, what happened to exhaust fans? Finally, the toilet paper was awful , it was thin , rough and poor quality and we ended up buying some from the store to use.

The place is very clean. Great breakfast at The Bistro. The staff are all very nice and accomodating!

Our room’s sink is leaking and I’m not sure if the exhaust in the rest room is not working or if there is no exhaust at all. Otherwise, the hotel is a great place to stay. Worth the money.

Very pretty landscaping

The toilet shot water out when flushed. The pillows were awful. Most of the lights didn’t work. No table and chairs to eat. Microwave in a dark spot and locked every use. Could see to find out it locked. Asked for a Mountain View and got the back of a building. No view except a little bit in the mountain. Was looking at a the back of an addition. Thermostat didn’t work.

We liked the location. The hotel was clean and mostly comfortable. We especially liked the convenience of the Bistro and the food was good. It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the room price.

I had requested a room away from the elevator and the ice maker. We ended up in 510 right next door to both. The faucet leaked around the vanity. All of my toiletries got soaking wet. I was told they could do nothing. It was the design. My powder make-up was ruined. We also had difficulty with the thermostat to get it to a comfortable setting. The lobby and Bistro areas were freezing. We wore coats to eat. Handicap parking was a problem.

Great spot in the mountains!

Clean and pretty. Rooms were spacious and nice. Had sitting areas in the lobby around the fireplace and an outdoor fire which we enjoyed. It was a little cool to use but the lazy river looked like fun.

The hotel itself, including the lobby and shared spaces, was warm and welcoming, spacious and well decorated. We felt welcome from the moment we walked into the hotel. Our room was everything that we needed and more. The space was new looking, clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was exceptionally clean. Had a view over the pool. The water was warm in the pool. Everything was done so nice. Hotel itself was very clean they really stayed on top of that. They Had a nice bar and restaurant. Game room. You really didn’t need to leave the property , everything was right there. Even without having children with me. I didn’t mind that children that were there. They kept the noise down that’s for sure. Very nice property had the resort feel. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Everything was clean and the pools were open 24 hours. The free breakfast had a lot of good options and I like that it wasn’t a buffet bar.

Will not be back

I honestly can say the best thing about it was how big the bathroom was and the lazy river.

We stayed for 3 nights and did not have any housekeeping the whole time. When I called on the last whole day, this was about 1:30 pm, due to the room not being touched. The front desk gentleman told me that they had to get rooms ready for over 100 guest and then asked if I put the do not disturb sign on door, which I told him no then he kept going on and saying yep, yep, yep for everything I said to my him. My husband finally found someone in the hall and took our trash to them and asked for towels. When we left the next day we spoke with the front desk and she seemed like she cared but not even enough to take off a 3 dollar soda that my husband had to charge to the room due to having no cash or card on hand at the time. Also the refrigerator did not work, did not keep things cold. I will not be back and the indoor pool had no filter pump going and it was very dirty.

Check in staff ruined our time there

Your staff at check in was not accommodating for a early check in. It was a very slow weekend and no way were they more then 50% booked and yet our room was “not ready” until 4:03pm. Total power play in our opinion and will not go there again.

Serene, relaxing, clean and fun!!

Loved the pool options, the lazy river was our favorite, the cleanliness of everything, the accommodating staff and the overall atmosphere. The mountain vibes made it 10x better with the landscaping and interior design. The garden is also super cute and relaxing!

The food at the bar wasn’t the best, except the honey chicken sandwich, that was great! There also could be more places for outlets to work in the lobby. It was under renovation so maybe that is in progress.

Kids running wild, lazy pool wasn't so lazy with all the people.. high priced stay. Shower water pressure was low, took 5 min to get any hot water. When we left the room for the day and came back in the air set back to 74, which was warm..

Room size, more upscaled than others, location

The room wasn't exactly what was ordered. I didn't order a sleeper couch, I ordered a balcony. There were some when I booked. It was only two of us, so the balcony would have been enjoyable. The desk told me my Marriott membership would not give me points and took the number for something else I didn't understand. I booked the room through Booking.com. I couldn't get straight through to this hotel, for reservations. I dislike not using local people to help seniors. Roads were blocked coming and going, so this trip to Pegion Forge was a bust!
