The only I didn’t like was the coffee maker was dirty so I couldn’t use that.

We were pleased with the size of the room and the low price of the room.

The hotel was clean, and it even exceeded our expectations. The price was very good, possibly because it was "low season." We will consider this hotel for next time we go to Pigeon Forge.

Great Hotel

1st time staying at Park Grove Inn. We loved it. Rooms were large and very clean. The pool and jacuzzi was warm.

It was okay, but we won’t stay here again.

The breakfast was okay but had a lot of bread not a lot of protein.

The pool and hot tub weren’t clean. My kids played everyday and everyday there were wads of hair and or trash floating around them. There was a plastic cup sitting in the same spot for three days that we went to the hot tub. By the elevator on the first floor there was a roach that I stomped on. The ice machine on our floor was out of service so we had to go to the next floor down to get ice. Our freezer in our mini fridge was a block of ice so we weren’t able to use it. The light in the bedside lamp wasn’t working, I went down to get a replacement light bulb and that didn’t work either. The light itself was broken.

I wish the cleaning people did a better job on the rooms. I had the same issue last time we stayed. Showers are not very clean. Dirt and debris in the corners. I clean for a living. It takes a few minutes to scrub a shower and mop floors. Aside from that, the place is great!

Location was good and the room was large and very clean. Nice walk in shower, comfy bed. Just a room but a nice one, 2 queen beds , no balcony. Had a microwave and refrigerator.

The location was great close to alot of things.

The room was somewhat clean the pillows on one of the beds had hair still on it. The mid cover on the bed had a a few stains on it. The breakfast mediocre at best. They send out a text asking how your night was after the 1st night but didnt respond to complaints.

We have stayed here a few times. It’s always very nice, clean and close to all attractions. Beautiful Mountain View.

The shower. It only has half a door and you have to get in to turn it on, then jump back out and wait for the water to get warm enough to get in.

Clean and friendly

The view was amazing we love the indoor pool and hot tub was great!! We can always trust this hotel compare to the other ones we know there clean!!!! Third year in row great and still great and staff is friendly and will talk to you:)

We know now we can ask for a matt for shower our little girl slipped but she okay next time we will get a matt from the front but other then that everything was great 10/10 recommend!!

Was wonderful

Both rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I was there with my 3 sisters and we loved the location and the balcony had a great view. We were on the top floor and it was very quite despite all the people who were there. Didn't get a chance to use the pools or game room. We were there for the Fall Jubilee in Gatlinburg. We will use Park Grove again next year when we come back to the Jubilee

Breakfast was ok, but could be better. We had to fix our own breakfast. Everything had to be put in microwave or the toaster oven

The beds were comfortable

The rooms and hotel itself were filthy. The carpets were un vacuumed. The sheets had hair on them, the refrigerator was nasty! The balcony was covered in cigarette butts and ashes. The pool was very cloudy and the concrete around the pool was disgusting!! 🤮

Breakfast food is not that bad.

Need improve clean hotel room to get less virus. We can smell dust and there are brown spots on bed blankets. Also there are green water in pool which it is very bad. It can cause mosquitoes virus.

The shower door was crazy. A partial doir was awful, you get wet just trying to cut the water on to get the temperature regulated. There was an awful smell in the hallway and in our room. Kind of mildew type of smell.

Do not stay here

Room was old, dirty, had a horrible smell. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi was cloudy and had debris floating all around. Front desk staff and manager not helpful and did not seem to care.

Picked this location based off reviews online. Everything was nice except the bed sheets were dirty. On both beds. It looked like the beds were just made up without changing. And the cleaning staff left an envelope for a tip. Otherwise super cute and the floors and bathroom was spotless
