The staff was extremely nice very friendly. We loved the fact that they had coffee 24 hours a day so that made us stay much nicer.
My only complaint was that the day I made the reservation I sent a email asking for a room facing the river because it was our 20th anniversary. I didn’t get an email back so I called and spoke to someone there and they told me that would be no problem, but when I got there, they said that because we checked in late, it wasn’t available anymore. Also, the picture of the bathroom on the screen showed this very long countertop and that wasn’t what was in our room in our room was just a round sink with a little space around the sides and it really was not enough room to put any toiletries on.
The room was a wonderful size and we really did enjoy the balcony even though it didn’t face the river. It was quiet and very comfortable all and I’d say it was a very nice day and we enjoyed it.

Clean room, small but nice heated pool. Staff were very welcoming but gruff at check out.
Room was comfortable and recently renovated although the ceiling plaster was flaking. Good shower pressure which is always a good thing! Would recommend .
