Close to everything.

We got a room that looked nothing like the pics online. It was dirty, stains on bed, NO heat, no towels, mold around windows and by bathroom walls. We had a pet, small dog - which I told them about but wasn't charged for it so my husband went to make sure they knew and paid the pet fee. I called booking.com and they said they would reimburse us if the problem wasn't solved. Booking.com was great and friendly, repeatedly apologized. They contacted the hotel for us, the lady came out and when we told her all the issues with the room, she said the 1st floor rooms are for pets (explanation for the bad room) but said they didn't know we had a pet in the first place. They offered to clean the room but that was NOT going to fix all the problems, so I asked for a refund but they dont do refunds but offered a better room on the 2nd floor, this room looked like the photos online... it was better BUT the mold on the windows and baseboards were awful. This place needs to be shut down. and they call this an Inn and Suites????

Not maintained properly, the first room they gave us was like an abandoned room, bedsheet had stains, even towel had stains, the room was smelling so bad that I felt nauseous. Later after complaining they shifted us to a little better room.

I wish that I could have seen the condition of the hotel before booking. Rooms outdated, bugs all around. Air/heating system very loud to point of not sleeping. For just a place to crash, it was ok.

Disgusting

There was mold in the bathroom around the fan. The bathroom door hinge was coming out of the wall. The sinks were broken. There were roaches. The bedding was stained as well as the towels. The floors and bathroom were very dirty. I cleaned everything just to be able to endure it. We will not be back.

Jacuzzi was tub was fairly enjoyable, the rest was mediocre.

Jacuzzi tub never ran out of hot water, was good size, and had nice jet pressure.

The air conditioner / heat didn't work in the room, it wasn't extremely clean in general throughout the room, however it wasn't repulsively filthy either. No remote for the TV was in the room, there was only one large bath towel for a jacuzzi tub room that also had a regular size bath tub in the restroom, no coffee filters, amenities, or various sundries of any kind.

Very unhappy with the bed bugs, the cleanliness, and the hotel staff.

The property had old furniture in the ramp way. The floors in the room were dirty enough to that my son left dirty footprints on the white floors in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable and had bed bugs.

The hotel staff was not available as they said and the beds had bed bugs.

Was old and dirty!! Killed large bug in room. The only good thing wss the great lady that checked us in.She was great!!Bathroom was very dirty! We would have left but didn't think we could find another room,it was very busy in pigeon forge and when we booked this room they said it was last room that they had!terrible place!!

Was excited but quickly disappointed

I stayed here previously around 2108 and it was ok then so I decided to book it again for the weekend. We checked in and had no problems with all that. The room was absolutely disgusting. The pillows were stained and nasty, the floors dirty, the Jacuzzi dirty, the shower curtain was disgusting and fell down rod and all , two of the four lights in the room weren't working , the TV didn't work. The beds were so hard you couldn't sleep on them. I looked for bed bugs and didn't see any but the room had at least a dozen or so stink bugs in it some dead some alive. The pool was torn a part and being repaired which I didn't care but thought someone reading this might We called the service number and tried to reach someone in the office. they were mysteriously vanished by this time and even the next day the office was locked and no one answered or was available. In all my years of traveling across the country for work and pleasure this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The keypad that reads the room keys were dead in all of the rooms so you had to be let in your room with an actual key that only the person at the front desk had, so any time you left, when you came back you had to call and wait for someone to let you back in your room. There was a pile of dead bugs that janitorial service apparently forgot to sweep up. Bathtub was not very clean and had a big rust stain on the front. I was under the impression that this was a nonsmoking area and our neighbors were smoking in and out of their room and the smoke would travel and by the time we checked out I felt like us and our belonging smelled like an ashtray. There were not enough towels in the room for two adults.

The house keeper/desk clerk needs help only one working when place was booked completely

The lock on our door didn’t work so we had to call to get someone to open the door for us every time. The connecting door to the room beside us the lock was broke on our side so if the people wanted to they could have gotten into our room. There was 4 females in the room and it was scary knowing anyone could get into our room and the room had no towels I honestly called the worker and told her and asked her for some and she brought up 2 towels up when I booked I booked for 4 people. The room was way over priced for no towels and nonsense of security

It was pet friendly. The staff were amazing.

Well, it was definitely pet-friendly. Food was still left all over the place from previous animals. Hair covered the floors, drawers, and counter spaces. Covers and sheets were absolutely disgusting. Has to go buy new sheets, pillows, cover. Only 2 towels in the whole room for 2 nights and I believe they were used several times and just left out for us.

Absolutely worth it!

We were traveling with a family of 5. The best part was we had a bunk bed in the room for our boys! Then they let us check out just a little late so we could go take family photos and come back to change really fast.

If the pool had been just a little cleaner we would have went swimming. It wasn't horrible and they were working on getting it cleaned up.

Had electrical tape holding on the lock for the door, facilities are INFESTED with bed bugs. Ended up sleeping in the car after paying for this room. NEVER stay here!

I like where it was around everything

The beds was so hard I felt like I was sleeping in a jail cell and the other people that was beside us was so disrespectful and some of the other ones to hollering around after 11pm while we was trying to sleep and the Neighbors that was beside us would keep slamming there door and hollering all night from 11pm to 5am while we been trying to sleep all night just very rude and it happened the whole 3 nights we was there so we all didn't get much sleep at all.

The pricing was affordable.

It didn’t look like the room was properly cleaned. There was trash in the floors. We weren’t given a key card for our door. We had to call someone to let us in the room, even though everyone around us had keys. We weren’t given the opportunity to switch to a room that had a key. The smell of marijuana was terrible as soon as we walked outside.

Location is good and the room was clean. Friendly staff..

The room was way too hot, too hot to sleep. And the air conditioner was not adjustable. There was a coffee pot and coffee but no cups or sweeteners or cream. Every hotel i have visited have included these.. Beds were too hard. The pool was green, not blue like other hotel pools, so my kids didn't swim like they really wanted to.

It’s a low budget hotel.

Location. On the strip so easy access to activities. Didn’t see any bugs or signs of them.

The room we were given was dirty (stayed one night). Desk claimed it was their best room on the property as far as upgrades and it was far from it. All furniture had stains on it and was outdated. Pieces of the baseboard were coming off the wall, and parts of the ceiling falling off. It was obvious there was no house keeping or lack of it as there was dirt all over the floors, our children had black feet from walking to the door to the bathroom and there was left over items from a previous person. The shower looked like it wasn’t clean. Hopefully this review helps and the property improves 🙂

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had.

It’s near my favorite places

Upon arrival i had a late check in (4am) and when I called the number posted a lady answered and got a huge attitude with me. This attitude continued as she harassed me and the other guests in my party for their IDs and their credit cards while slamming stuff around and telling us she could just call the police because I told her if she didn’t want to check us in to refund it. She called her DM who lives in this complex and had him come up front. He proceeded to have to tell her multiple times to stop talking to me and stop interrupting him while he was checking us in, he asked me for a credit card and I didn’t have one, so he took my debit card i had present and asked me if what I had on it would cover the incidentals, I responded and told him how much money I had in my account and she chimed in with “ no one cares how much money you have “ he told her to stop making things difficult as I had 1 booking and 1 confirmation for all three rooms so he only needed one. She raised her voice at my wife and got the response she was looking for then told my wife she needed to leave the office. When I was done she was trying to show me on the layout where my rooms where and I thanked her and walked away before she could finish. Obviously I didn’t want to talk to her and had been taken care of. She proceeded to make the remark along the lines of “fine find it yourself” in which I responded with “i can read just fine” She proceeded to tell me I needed to hurry and go to my room or she’d have me kicked out because I can’t be running around the proper yall night, even though it has outdoor vending machines and her DM had just told me the property is come and go as you please and booking has it listed as no curfew.

I did not like anything about the place

The place was disgusting. It was filthy.The sheets were stained and ripped the chairs in the room looked like they had some sort of greasy Substance or residue on them. the jacuzzi tub was nasty and had black stains in the bottom the air conditioner had dead bugs on it inside the room the bed frame had food on it the key card did not work to open the door and the dumpster outside was over flowing and there were old toilets,tubs and beds outside. It was completely unacceptable and to beat it all. My money was nonrefundable. It was a horrible experience. We did not stay there. We were there long enough to document the filth and that was it.

Not worth the money we spent.

Good location

We booked a king room, when we checked in we were given a 2 bed room. After we got that taken care of and were moved to a king room, our bedding was stained and also had a booger on our bedding. The worker changed our bedding and we found another very large stain on the new bedding as well. There was no toilet paper, towels, or soap left in the room. The floor did not seem to be cleaned very well and our bedside lamp did not work. The a/c unit was a window unit, that could not keep up. The room was hot and sticky the entire time. The cleaning crew were working with no shoes, no shirts, and pants to their knees. The location did not feel very safe. The no refund rule is a major red flag. The advertisement was NOTHING like the room we were given.

Rachel was the woman that welcomed me and my fur babie. She was very professional and went out of her way to make my stay safe, comforting, and a very inviting place to breathe.

Room could use a little more lights, and no laundry access. Wish I could have stayed longer.
