Worse stay ever!!!

Without being told there was no wifi. There was no remote to the tv which wouldn't work anyway with wifi, as it was a Roku TV. The beds had 1 pillow on 1 and 2 on the other. There were no towels or washcloths. There was about a quarter of a roll of tissue. The bathroom fan made a sound like a dog dying for the first 5 minutes it was on. There was no coffee pot in the room as stated on the website. Also none in the lobby along with no complimentary breakfast as stated on the website. All in all, myself and 3 children, one being a 1 year old, got nothing but a bed to sleep in with not enough pillows for 4 people.

Our room was really nice. We were in the double queen suite. Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and a balcony!

Disappointing

Easy access to the strip

Our room was filthy. The cleaners need a strong cleaning lesson. The mattress I slept on wasn’t fit for an animal to sleep on. Just look at the pictures. Would you sleep on that? Our floors had not been swept. The bath tub was in pieces. Dead roaches in the bathroom floor. The mini fridge had mold around the bottom. We only had one towel when we arrived to our room. When we went to the front desk to get more, they only had one clean towel for the whole facility. Online it stated that breakfast was included, but didn’t specify that granola bars and coffee is all that was offered. If I could give this location a negative star I would strictly based off cleanliness. I had to come home and shower because staying there made me feel dirty. I have stayed here before and didn’t have this issue, but I will not be staying here again. The facility has potential, but it’ll take some serious elbow grease.

I understand this was an economical hotel and only expected functional equipment.

Property was centrally located. It was a bit dated but generally clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent.

Breakfast was grab and go, product was stale and no coffee was available, No staff was at desk so I could not ask questions. Television did not work took 3 staff interactions over 20 hours to get a response. I kept getting told that someone would come take care of it and did not do it.

False advertisement of amenities

The location was nice and the room was clean and a good size.

False advertising for sure. There was no free wifi like stated. Smart TV in the room wouldn't work bc there is no wifi. Fireplace that's advertised did not work whatsoever. I had a lot of work to do on my computer and because of their false advertising of free WiFi I wasn't able to do any work, which set me behind for my job. Oh I almost forgot that neither toilet in our room would flush.

This property was so nasty. Not only was the room dirty, I showered with my flip flops on cuz there was dirt and pubes in the tub. Smelled like weed in room, and the rooms are very dated. Uncomfortable beds!!! Just horrible experience.

Very disappointed

Nothing no breakfast offered room looked like it was still under construction renovation. Bathtub had a soft spot in. It had caulking all in the bottom of the tub. The refrigerator leaked on the floor was only given two towels to wash rags for four people for two days we had to go buy our own towels.

There was so much not right with the property that the only thing that was good about it was the location. It wasn’t clean the beds were hard and not even secured to the floor or base pillows well good luck if you can sleep on a flat one pillow. The floors were dirty the girl that worked nights was the only good staff. Didn’t have towels in my room no ice machine and the breakfast was pop tarts. You walk outside and smell weed like it’s a drug hotel and people coming up to you begging for money

Renovations unfinished, pool area just feet from high traffic roadway, hot tub filled in with cement. Common patio areas had no or cheap, worn, or broken furnishings. Good sleeping room, not much else.

Good but not worth 100$

Close to many food options that were close enough to walk to.

To start off, we got there, and even though I booked through booking.com, they still made me pay a mandatory 75 dollar damage deposit. Yes, I'll receive that back... That part is important for later. Good thing we didn't have a lot of things to take to our room, the elevator was broken. The door would just randomly open and close only on the 1st floor. We were thankfully on the 2nd. So we didn't have to take many stairs. We finally get to our room. I booked a queen suite with 3 queen beds. This was for 6 people. The deadbolt didn't work. The smoke detector in the room wasn't there, wires sticking out. The room altogether was dusty. The sink faucet was broken and very wiggly. If I wanted to hang anything up I couldn't cause the closet rack was breaking, and falling out of the wall. I took a shower and felt as if I was going to fall through the tub. The A/c units were very loud and didn't really work all to well so the room was extremely warm. The TV remotes were broken. And there were no trash bags in the room. And the TV's wouldn't connect to the WiFi, and we had to use our hotspots on our phones.

Stains on lap shade,no blankets on either bed, pillows were horrible,staff in office ok but was told to go to laundry area to get blankets and extra towels and person in there was rude.The trash around the hotel and the grass growning out of control was not good. I have lots of picture. The pool area was not clean. Breakfast was pop tarts and you didnt know flavor cause they open out of box amd just put them out.

Everything was nasty broke, uncomfortable people sitting around outside like they lived there, bed Mattresses in parking lot where cars needed to park. Elevators were nasty, no one to ck you in when we arrived for about 20 mins. People waiting to ck in. We had no smoking room, but it Smelt like smoke, People sitting outside our room have a get-together, I was comfortable with them outside our room. Covers had hair all over them and the sheets didn't smell clean. Bath tub had black hair in it. I will never stay there again. As they say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
