A very good option for a family group with babies.

The 2 bedroom suite was exactly what we needed for our group. Having two bathrooms was also a great benefit. The small kitchen was very handy with a pumping Mama and the sitting area was nice too. Having stayed two nights, we had housekeeping service replace towels and toiletries after the first night that was unexpected and appreciated. The property was very quiet and they provided a great breakfast with a good variety. It is fairly close to the Island and other popular attractions.

It was fine for the night, but there were lots of things that could have been better.

It was in a good location. And I like the bedroom closes off separately. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly.

It needed some TLC. The beds weren’t very comfortable. We could only get two of the outlets to work in the bedroom. The vending machine was out of everything but when we finally selected one drink that was not out we got the wrong drink. We were only here for one night so I didn’t make a big fuss but unfortunately we probably won’t be selecting the hot for any future stays.

Nostalgic stay

The location was convenient, the breakfast was okay, and the staff was friendly and nice.

While the location is good, the hotel did not match the online photos and felt dated overall. The rooms are old, the dishwasher was missing the start knob, and the towels and linens were worn. The towels were small and thin, which may be an issue if that’s important to you. It felt more like a budget motel than a hotel.

I don’t recommend this Hotel for anyone.

It's a shame how much this hotel has deteriorated. My family and I stayed there a few years ago and the experience was incredible. There was an older American woman at a Omelet Station, and honestly, they were the best tortillas I've ever tasted. Also the Housekeeping service was the worse, you left the sign to clean the room and nobody showed up. Upon that when we arrived the were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Our Christmas Vacation

Friendly Staff, Clean Facility, Great Value. We stayed 6 nights and never had to ask for anything, our Room attendant did a great job with our room each day. Will definitely book with them again. The breakfast was a nice touch 👌. Thank you Ron Gale

Breakfast was a great selection, and the staff was cleaning as guests were leaving tables to make room for other guests - amazing service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Getting out of the parking area was a slight challenge, but it was worth it! Great place/location!

Great but not

Location, clean

We were in a room next to vending, there was a washing machine that ran constant, noisy. Also our room was facing the entrance where guests pull in to check in. The windows only had shades no curtains, therefore all the headlights from cars came directly into our room. I felt exposed!

A very comfortable, clean, and roomy place to stay on vacation.

Suite was awesome. Master bedroom with King bed and 2nd bedroom with 2 Queen beds. Living room, full kitchen, dining table, and 2 bathrooms. Hot Breakfast provided. Flat screen TV's in Living room and both bedrooms. Near dining and attractions.

TV remotes didn't work well. Luggage carts were old and taped up but worked. Food served at breakfast was just okay, nothing special. Not a very scenic view.

It was very Relaxing and peaceful!

They got me checked in very early on a holiday weekend! Even was going to let me check out at 12:30 being fully booked the night we checked out. I did end up checking out before 11(check out time) only cause we were going shopping anyways and since I was able to get an early check in let the staff clean our room so we can pass it on! But they were AMAZING, the staff, the rooms, the food and the pool it was amazing and I would stay again!! Thank you so much for the amazing weekend!

Please update the TVs, it’s hard to change the channel because the TVs are older but it’s not a deal breaker for us, we were barely there but it was hard to watch tv and settle down because they were outdated but everything else was perfect!

The bathroom had hair on things and a spider in the living room.

It was going thru a remodeling in one building were it's two building on site and all had to stay facing away from the mountain view looking out the window or outside that was facing the mountains.

We had a great time visiting Pigeon Forge and loved our stay here.

The staff was very friendly, the whole place was clean. Our suite was the best one we have been to. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the suite was big enough for our family of 7 plus our friend that came along so total of 8 people. The pool was very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious and the lady running the breakfast area was so friendly. I have no complaints cause we loved the place. It was perfect for our family. We were there for 5 nights and it suited us perfectly.

location was perfect for our vacation to dollywood. breakfast was decent. check-in was quick and pleasant.

the outside of the hotel looks...rough. broken blinds, missing shutters, DIRTY. the lobby was much nicer, though. rooms were very dated and uncomfortable. pillows were super thin, blankets were thin. tub drain was broken. just looked and felt dirty and dingy.
