Great, relaxing place to stay!

It was very nice, clean, loved the decor. Room was super nice and big. We were right in front of The Island, so that was really nice to just walk over there. Breakfast was really good and staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only thing I’d make sure of next time would be to not be facing the parkway. Even though it wasn’t busy, cars sound really loud in the room, but nothing too bad.

DISAPPOINTING and misrepresentation of accommodations

Property is in an excellent location to visit the island.

We booked a “quadruple room that was supposed to have separate “bedrooms” and be ADA HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. What we got was a regular two queen room with barely enough space for my mother’s wheelchair to fit by the bed. Bathroom was also not accessible. When I complained to the staff they said it was booking.com’s fault. Stated that the site had falsely represented the room we booked. Stated they could not give us a suite and only offers us $30 in “merchandise credit” for our troubles. Will NOT be staying here again!

Delightful experience

Atmosphere was great as well as staff. Also, the breakfast was good and the staff in there was very attentive and kind.

There was only 1 elevator working and it took forever to get to the floors. Waited a lot, ended up climbing stairs most the time. Indoor pool and hot tub room smelled so bad of chlorine that our eyes were burning and two of us suffer from asthma and could not catch out breath in there. Couldn't utilize it.

1 Elevator was down almost the entire stay, which only left 1 working. This made it difficult to get luggage up to the room and leaving, as well as catching one that wasn't full each time we went out and back. I understand things like this can't be helped, but it does make it difficult.

Overnight stop.

Perfect location to walk to the Island for shopping/hanging out in the rocking chairs. Attractions are just a short walk away or ride the trolley. There is no need to drive anywhere.

We did arrive early so we took the chance of our room being ready but we had to pay 25.00 for the early arrival fee.
