This is the place to stay when staying in Piegon Forge with your family

This facility is very clean! Very easy to get to. Close to everything. The staff is phenomenal. I love the fact that there’s a washer and dryer right in the unit so we were able to wash our clothes before coming home. My daughter had a mustard issue and we were able to wash the shirt right away. Everything was comfortable a living room and dining room the kitchen, the bedrooms. EVERYTHING! This is the place we’re gonna stay from now on when we go to Piegon Forge.

It was secluded enough to where you didn't get a lot of noise but was just a short drive to all the attractions. Beds were comfortable and loved the fact that we had a bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs both with showers. Check in and out was very easy.

Could use some upgrading. It would have been nice if the porch/balcony had a roof so we could have sit outside while it rained on one of the days we stayed. The steps going upstairs are kinda steep but it was a good stay.

Amazing place

We loved everything about this place. This is the second time we have stayed here and both times it was amazing. All the staff are super helpful and nice. When something goes wrong they fix it as quick as they can.

Great location, plenty of room

The cover on the bed had pizza stains on it, no bedding for sofa bed and it took 4 hours to dry one load of clothes in the dryer. We stayed last year in a different unit and it was perfect. This one was a little dissatisfying

Great location, but some cons with the rooms

Great location. quiet and calm. Spacious, has some standard clean utensils. Great backyard. Heating/cooling works nicely.

Squeaky beds, dusty floor and couch. People with dust allergies should be careful. Would have been nice if salt/sugar were provided. Hard to have issues addressed after hours.

A great place for a family of four to enjoy the Smokies.

Far enough away from the parkway to have peace and quiet but close enough to get where you need to go quickly. If you prefer a more home-like experience while on vacation, this place is perfect. Friendly staff and courteous neighbors.

Office staff were very friendly and helpful but they weren't open the hours stated. We arrived at 4pm and staff had already left went back at 9 the next morning to complete the paperwork and do one was there yet

Unrealized potential

Mountain meadows is in the perfect location. It's just of the strip but far enough that it's quiet.

It was NOT clean. There was hair on the floor and in the shower. There were stains on the covers on the beds. This place had so much unrealized potential and we will not be staying there again.

Very comfortable and convenient group or family accomodations.

Best location, secluded, private, quiet, but literally five minutes from the Parkway. The rooms were very comfortable, large bedrooms, surprisingly even the pull out couch mattress was soft and comfy, good size kitchen, accessible bathrooms. Friendly staff, responsive to requests, simple clean up list for checking out. Wifi worked great. Nice pool area with hot tub as well. All in all, this was a great place to stay for our group and family friendly.

The bathrooms were clean, there were plenty of fresh towels and necessities, etc, but immediately upon entering we could see that the floors had not been swept - crumbs, dust, dirt, bugs in the corner, and there were cobwebs in every corner down to the lampshades. It was obvious that some cleaning had been done, but not sweeping and dusting. Everything else was clean and fresh, so we found it a little strange. Also, the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep, and the carpet extremely worn, could use some updates for sure.

Terrible stay, in a nice location

The location was great. It was secluded but close to everything at the same time. The size of the unit was nice as well and there was a nice clubhouse with the property.

The place looked like it had never been cleaned. Chunks of hair on the floors, cigarette lighter on the floor behind the bedroom door and chips on the living room floor. Also was without power for a whole day due to an uncommunicated planned maintenance activity. Staff was never in the office, they wanted you to check out by 10, but no one is in the office until then. Had to call a sister property in Gatlinburg for everything from questions about the power outage to checking out.

Will definitely return

Good location and very clean and nice staff. Rained so hard to came through the baseboards in our unit but the staff was right on it when we told em and came and cleaned it up within minutes.!

Only thing I would wish for would be the pool table and air hockey to not cost money. Other than that everything was awesome!

Great location, comfortable accomodations. Hot tub and outdoor pool were nice. Easy after hours check-in. (The resort has a sister property in Gatlinburg that handles after hours business.)

The clubhouse was a little dated (especially the ground level leading to the pool deck/locker rooms) but I didn't spend a lot of time there so it didn't really matter.

A +++ for this Accommodation

This is a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge! It’s up on a hill above the traffic and commercial hubbub of the main drag. The staff takes special care to provide visitors with everything they need in the kitchen and elsewhere. We enjoyed the pool, playground, clubhouse, and picnic area out back. The staff and other visitors were all friendly. The resort was quiet and comfortable. It was a real luxury for our family to stretch out in a two-bedroom unit at an affordable price rather than a cramped motel room.

Not worth the money.

How close it was to the town without all the noise

The furniture was aged anf very uncomfortable. The kitchen cabinets, curtains, and carpeting were very outdated. The floor was dirty when we walked inside and found items under one of the beds. We had to go for clean towels every day, as they charge extra if you want someone to service your room. For the price we paid for 3 days we should not have had to take out our own trash or strip the beds. The lighting was all very dim. The only plus side was the main bed was comfortable.

I absolutely loved the location. Also loved the idea of the game room that was a lot of fun!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful!!! Very quiet and peaceful!!!
