The hotel was clean and I enjoyed my stay up until I tried to request my vehicle from valet.
The property is great, but valet needs much better service. I was told to call ahead 30 minutes to request my vehicle, it also said the same thing on the ticket. I did as instructed, and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I went right down and checked out. My vehicle was not ready and I waited an additional 40 minutes. When I went to ask the person working the valet and he said that I would only get my vehicle once I came down and gave him my ticket. I was EXTREMELY frustrated because the lobby was crowded and there was a crew moving artwork in and out. When I tried to question the person working valet about the process, he was extremely rude and insisted that I made the mistake even though I was following instructions on n the ticket and what I was told by the valet the day before who parked my vehicle. The person working continued to make excuses and tried to justify the poor service. When I questioned the front desk about the situation and asked why I paid $80 for such poor service, she made excuses as well and referred me to speak with the parking attendant with whom I was having so much trouble with in the first place. Nonetheless, I will NOT be recommending this hotel to anyone!

The location was excellent We did not breakfast at the Property however good breakfast of bacon and eggs was available close by. The beds were quite comfortable Would like to stay here again.
Drinking water. It was a hassle to refill the bottles. Elevators were less than required and delays occurred

The hotel decor was more dated than I expected. The A/C was really loud.

The hotel is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the area. Staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. I really enjoyed the beautiful art displayed around the property, which added a unique charm. The on-site restaurant was excellent, serving delicious meals in a lovely setting.
While my stay was overall pleasant, the air-conditioning compressor was quite noisy at night which unfortunately affected my sleep quality.

Pets Stay FREE; The decor was different on every level so you knew when you were on the wrong floor; Staff was very accommodating. I requested a fridge and microwave be put in my room if they were available. I was told it would be there upon check-in but it wasn't, however this was easily solved by letting the front desk know and they had someone deliver them in a timely manner. They kindly delivered plastic utensils to my room late at night for my leftovers which I really appreciated. The woman who checked me in was very nice and personable. The room was simple, smaller than I expected but the space was utilized in a way to maximize the functionality. Decor was very nice and updated with sturdy furniture and I really appreciated the wardrobes and seating.
Though the location was perfect for me, there wasn't any nearby grass for my dog to relieve herself. There were some helpful dirt patches a block away so she made it work, but it's to be noted if you have a fussy dog. The elevators are tight but for a building in the city, it wasn't surprising. However on our 1st day, one was making a sound that was a little concerning and the next evening, it was decommissioned. As being trapped in an elevator is high up on my fears list, this was kind of worrying but I thank my lucky stars I guess. This was a bit inconvenient since I tried not to get into crowded elevators with my dog and this made us have to wait a while.

Emmanuel (reception desk) helped alot & provided some helpful tips on how to get around the city as we were visiting.

One of the fanciest hotels weāve stayed in so that was cool. We werenāt expecting to have to use the key card to use the elevator so we were confused at first but managed to catch on quickly haha. Art studio on 2nd floor was neat. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was fancy too.
No exhaust fan in the bathroom we could find and the beds felt smaller than a queen. They were comfy but still kind of small for 2 people to sleep on.

Fun hotel with art exhibitions, in a great location easy to walk everywhere! You can move the penguins around.
The room was a little humid? But otherwise all was good!

Location was good.
When I checked in, the staff could not find my reservation more than 30 minutes. Also, this hotel is not kid-friendly. They did not even had a baby crib.

I didnāt think the bed was comfortable.

It was decent. The good: location in walking distance to many things, beds were comfortable. The not so good: only 2 elevators and they're really small so have to wait sometimes, rooms are fairly small, traffic is loud all night and walls are thin between rooms. The bad: this has never happened to us before, but when we got our car from valet upon checkout, it smelled strongly of weed inside of it. Not cool at all.
Probably won't stay here again since there are plenty of other choices in the city.

Good shampoo, conditioner, body wash
The room we got there was a god awful smell which really messed hp one of my family members. So much so that she ended up puking for 2 hours, needed the ambulance, and was sent to the hospital for about 5 hours.

We really enjoyed the location and the hotel bar/restaurant. Staff in the bar were absolutely amazing. On 3 of our 4 nights, we went down for happy hour and twice got dinner. Best steaks we had on our whole trip, US or CA.
The two lads should come to Ireland on holidays, sure they'd love it.
First night, some people in the room down the hall had a party from 2.30am to 5.30am with sane crappy song on repeat. Couldn't phone lobby as phone wasn't charged ended up using my mobile phone. Room was very dry at night but these complaints wouldn't stop me returning to 21c

I didnāt have much time but checking in was very easy. The front desk was very friendly and communicative. Everything was clean and exciting to view.
Checking out was a hassle. A lot of people crowded toward the front desk and a man with a clipboard just choosing who to ask if they need help. In no particular order. I stood in line for maybe 15 minutes before I finally flagged the man down and said āI just need to check outā. I wish that process was smoother.

The property is in great condition. The rooms are clean.
I was charged almost $500 for a one night reservation that was supposed to be $180. I was told it by Jose it would be taken care of. It was not. I called and spoke to a supervisor who said she would get back to me. She did not. I called the next day and spoke with Jose - he said he would āpass along my messageā to the supervisor. I have yet to hear back from anyone.

Perfect for a few days for a couple.
Amazing , spacious and modern room, without any noise from the city so we could sleep well.

Overpriced, overcrowded, bad elevators and overcrowded. They gave me a disability room. Bathroom light flashing. Some guests screaming at aisle. My door was knocked by one of them at 2:30 am.

The staff was somewhat helpful--the engineer was especially friendly.
Prior to my stay, the 21C was one of my favorite hotel chains. After my stay, I have no desire to ever stay at one of their properties again. Here a few of the things that went wrong:
- The hotel did not offer room service, nor did it have plates and eating utensils
- The hotel did not deliver food from the onsite hotel
- The TVs were old and did not offer streaming
- Our original hotel room had water damage on the ceiling and coffee table, and the door separating the bedroom and the living room didn't work
- The front desk staff was not terribly friendly and tried to cut me off when I told them about my frustrations with the property
- The room was very noisy because of the sounds from the street
- The linens weren't uniform
- The hallways were dark and the walls looked like they had an abandoned paint job

Perfect location within the city, and a lovely building with nice rooms and beautiful art exhibits and friendly staff.
Not much. The restaurant randomly closed early the one night we chose to come down and get drinks on our first night there before our anniversary, but they were polite and things like this happen from time to time.

The beds were nice and the furniture in the room was nice. The concept of the hotel is cool with the art gallery. Was in a pretty great location.
There were so many things that were red flags when we walked in. To start the staff could not find our reservation and it took about 30 minutes for someone to find our reservation, then for them to hold our luggage it was going to cost extra. They couldn't find us a room because they were going through a shift change, so we decided to leave. When we came back an hour later, they couldn't find our reservation again. When they finally found our reservation, we went up to our room which was quite underwhelming. The outlets were coming out of the walls, the pain was not done well, but for the most part the furniture, bed, and the bathroom looked great. It looked like they did not do much work on the actual structure to the hotel, but they put effort into the decoration. The hallways are really dark, and they covered up the service areas with only a curtain. Some things were definitely off about this hotel.
