Spacious apartment. Huge island table in the kitchen.
Water pressure in the bathroom is a joke. We ended up using the kitchen sink to do most of the hygiene.

It was central!
You have to hand over a whopping 400e as a deposit for a single nights stay!
This is nt mentioned anywhere where I could see it and should be in capital letters on the booking sign.
I asked for the room to be cleaned - it wasn’t
I asked for clean towels - I didn’t get them.
The lift broke down one of the days I was there
No curtains to block out a serious amount of sun that comes in the apartment window in the morning.
The TV by the bed wouldn’t switch on initially when I was there
Overall a disappointment!

Amazing apartment within close proximity to L line. Had everything you could need and the staff were super helpful.
On the pricey side however I was there the weekend of Chicago Marathon so I guess that's to be expected.

Location, amenities and parking
The unit was advertised as a 2 bedroom. It is not, the second bedroom is more like a walking closet. Not enough room for the bed, no window, no closet and worse no AC return. Two adults cannot possibly sleep there comfortably

Sofa bed was not made up on arrival despite having requested a sofa bed. Room
Supposed to accommodate 6 but that would mean 3 people per bed so not really realistic unless you have small children

Options to get extra bits if needed; the entry in the lobby is very chic and welcoming. The Elevator was executive style, rooms had nice views and all amenities one needs to relax and enjoy the view.
The time it has taken to return my deposit, anything longer than 24 hours, 14 days later, the deposit has still not been returned. It took 5 seconds to give it to them, and 2 weeks with still no return is unacceptable today. I have been using Booking.com since they opened in the late 90s, and well over 500 hotels have been stayed in.
I have never experienced this disrespect around returning one's safety deposit for the room, which had no issues upon checking out! Not replying to myself or Booking.com is not acceptable, either.
Having to follow up on it is also not professional or respectful. No hotel would expect a customer to stay and then two weeks later receive the money, so why should a customer?
It could have more sports channels and plants throughout the facility.

We had an amazing experience from the very first contact with the staff. We had requested a high floor, and they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us in a stunning suite with breathtaking views.

loved the location and the view. the apartment was luxurios and enough space for 2 people with 3 big suitcases. kitchen was modern, stocked and clean. great a/c. we got upgraded to a higher.
Bedroom window didn't close all the way. couch and carpet didn't look clean. there was pet hair on my friends stuff that was on the floor. shower had poor water pressure

Nice facilities
No housekeeping and only coffee for one day for a two day stay. Also out shower had only shampoo, no soap (others had soap). At the price we paid, I expected more amenities and friendlier front desk.

We stayed in Level Chicago during the Chicago Marathon weekend travelling from the Netherlands. The location was perfect and the facilities and what you get for what you pay was mediocre. It is a nice apartment to stay with not many kitchen items to use.
We booked an apartment via Booking. The information in Booking site was that an additional 200$ for incidentals might be charged upon arrival, while the property wanted to charge us with 200$/night?!
The property is much like Airbnb, but they apply their own rules. We were curious what do people do in the apartment to cause damage of 200$/night. We had already paid more than that amount for the stay; and the desk personnel told us that “they cannot allow us in if we cannot afford the incidentals”?? Even the towels were not changed for 6 days we stayed in the property…
Besides all the amount of money we paid, we received an apartment with a building view which was disappointing.
In short, the random rules and additional costs of the management apply make this property’s value lower than it is.

Very well kept and clean. Great location. Very nice amenities with pool, steam room and sauna. On site parking is convenient.
They don’t seem to operate like a normal hotel. I had call the front desk every time I returned to park in the garage. No maid service. Asked for towels never came. The elevator key scanner on my floor didn’t work. I would have go to lobby and then go back up to pool level for example. Very overpriced considering the staff didn’t do much.
The shower in my room, was a drizzle. There were spiders on the balcony. The staff while friendly needs some training

The location was great. I did everything walking. They're pet friendly. The place is extremely clean! Everything looks new and chic. The amenities are really nice. The pool has a nice view. The gym is very complete. It is a quiet place. They have parking. They have pet area inside the building.
Parking is a bit expensive. They have a pet fee (I must say the pet fee isn't as expensive as other places, it is 20 box per day). The wi-fi never worked for us as they probably gave us the wrong password even thought I asked twice.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at Level - River North. The hotel failed on numerous fronts, leaving me utterly dissatisfied and frustrated.
1) Lack of Essential Amenities/Equipments: To my disbelief, the room lacked even the most basic amenities. There was no hair dryer provided, forcing us to endure the inconvenience of wet hair during my entire stay.
2) Unbearable Noise: The noise levels at this hotel were downright unbearable. The thin walls failed to provide any semblance of soundproofing, allowing every little sound to infiltrate the room.
3) No Guest Services: Throughout my stay, I found the lack of guest services truly astonishing. Simple requests for assistance were not met.
3) Absence of Vending Machines: Inexcusably, there were no vending machines available on the premises. This meant that whenever hunger or thirst struck, I had no convenient options to alleviate my needs.
4)Misleading Advertising: The hotel advertised the accommodation as a two-bedroom setup, but it turned out to be a sham. Instead of two actual bedrooms, we were given one bedroom accompanied by what can only be described as a glorified storage room with a bed.
In conclusion, I cannot express my disappointment enough with my stay. Save yourself the frustration and choose a hotel that values its guests and provides the level of service they deserve.

The location was very good.
Our room smelled of pot! When asked if the staff could help us out, they sent someone with a can of Glade and sprayed the area. Our clothes carried this smell everywhere we went! The area around the bed was dirty - trash and dust bunnies.
Our window was also stuck open which helped with the smell but kept our room noisy all night long.
