Absolutely beautiful! Decor was aesthetically appealing and the view and location was wonderful! We had more than enough room for the 4 of us!
The only tiny issue we had was the couch pull out bed. I didn’t expect it to be luxurious or anything but it was very uncomfortable.

Clean, very nice gym and steam room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The check-in and checkout processes are effortless. Central location with train stations and Whole Food Market are less than 5 minutes walk.
Pillows and the sofa bed could be better

Exceptional. The view at night is simply phenomenal. Wifi, whole apartment to yourself, balcony. Amazing
Can’t think about anything…

Location, style and size of the rental, vibrant but safe and quiet neighborhood. Sunny and bright apartment, beautiful views. Everything was perfect. Loved the church sounds.

Check in was easy, large 1 bedroom apartment, clean and just a short walk to Michigan Ave (Magnificent Mile). A few good restaurants close by. Try Gino East for deep dish pizza, great Italian at Rosebud on Rush and Tzuco for incredible Mexican.
The windows have no noise attenuation. We were on 15th floor and emergency vehicle sirens are constant and sound like they’re in your room. Also, only a shower over the bath.

My 8 y/o son and I had an amazing 5-night stay in this beautiful one-bedroom apartment in Chicago! When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger apartment, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more comfortable.
The apartment was spotless, stylish, and very well-equipped. The highlight was definitely the balcony, I loved relaxing there with a coffee in the morning and enjoying the stunning city views, especially at night.
The location was excellent, close to great restaurants, shops, and easy access to public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available and eager to assist with anything we needed.
Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Chicago!

Brilliant location, safe area, easy to walk everywhere, close to some great bars and restaurants.
Linen on beds could be a bit higher quality but at the same time, it's not cheap linen.
If you want a bath it's very shallow. Not an issue for us but maybe could be of interest to someone considering it.

This place was magnificent! Very roomy, clean and within walking distance to everything. I especially loved the personal security in getting into your room. Almost seemed like you’re a resident here.
Will definitely come back.
Only thing, I wish they offered a later checkout besides that one extra hour. Especially when I got a text saying I could extend my stay hit two extra days. This meant that no one was checking in after we left.
Although grateful that they did offer luggage storage. We had to be out by 12:00 and hour train didn’t leave till 9:00.
Wish the option of late checkout was more than just an extra hour.

Easy check in. Amazing security. Close to everything downtown Chicago. 24hr friendly staff. Whole Foods a block away. If I get into the marathon for 2026, I’ll stay here again.
There were some rambunctious patrons on our floor that were slamming doors and yelling and arguing in the hallway. Not the fault of the hotel. I should have called security to deal with it.

Very spacious, comfortable.
One issue with the bathroom flooding and it took 2 around 2 hours for someone to come out to fix it. In that time bathroom was completely flooded which wasn’t ideal. It felt difficult to contact anyone.

The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and everything worked perfectly. Location is excellent - right on the direct CTA Blue Line to O’Hare Airport (no transfers needed), with a subway station nearby. It’s also within walking distance to the Riverwalk, restaurants, cafés, and several shops including a 7-Eleven and Jewel-Osco grocery store just a few minutes away. Very convenient!
The room itself was great. It had everything from a dishwasher to pots and pans, so cooking was easy. The only small thing missing was a simple coffee maker. That would make the kitchen absolutely perfect. 😊 Of course, it’s not a big deal, since the world’s largest Starbucks is only a 5-minute walk away.
Another very minor issue: the bathroom door hinges could use a little oil. At night it was hard to sneak in without waking up the person sleeping nearby because the door squeaked.
Other than that, everything was excellent.

Excellent location and very spacious. Reasonably priced parking very close by.
It was easy to hear the talking in the apartment across the hall.

Cozy and comfortable apartment right in downtown with an amazing view over the city
If you are looking for a spot to relax and have some down and quite time you will have a hard time with the location but we CHOSE to be in the center and therefore didn’t mind the hectic and noises that come with it ;)

Location and whoever cleaned the apartment before we arrived was really good.
Staffs are mean. I got there 3:30 with my mom who is incontinent and in her 70s. They said we couldn't check in until 4pm. Fine, please can my mom use the toilet. Sorry we don't have one, the Kasa receptionist said. I have an old lady, no, she couldn't care less. She's just playing by the book.
When 4pm was up, went up to the Kasa receptionist and she said we needed to wait another 15 mins that cleaning was still being done. I said, look I have waited till 4pm and had my mom hold her pee in pain for 30 mins. It was then she now called her supervisor or superiors who then said we could go to the 7th floor and use the one for staffs.
Enough said.

Location, accessibility to the bldg and apartment. The apartment was perfectly sized for 2 people on vacation, also had great views of the city skyline.
A minor maintenance needed on the bath tub drain. It would fill with water when showering.

Location is excellent. Right where you need to be to access all the beauty downtown has to offer. Secure, safe area.
For paying $4000 almost for 10 days, the price did not match the standard of the venue. Great location, weak interior of rooms.
While it’s great that it’s pet friendly, the cleanliness did not keep up of the building and elevators and entrances. Constant scent of dog urine wherever you go on the property.
While space is nice, bathroom and furniture feel quite outdated. Toilet seat is extremely small, and shower looks like an early 2000’s rendition of a bathroom. Furniture felt cheap, brittle. Same with the cookware and utensils.
Scuffs on the wall and bedroom, cheap curtains. Poor lighting inside, very dim.
Arrived to the stove being on (as soon as we entered), furniture with stains, noticeable scuffs on the walls. The cookware was pretty basic. The bathroom seat seemingly is meant for children given how small it is.
Again usually these things are acceptable but when you pay the price point I did, you expect a certain level of quality and detail. That quality never came. Just had to settle for what I had in the end.

It’s location was great
The room was pretty beat up. Dings in furniture, scratches on the walls, mold in the tub surround.
8.0 / 10.0
Location is perfect. I was in love with the view. Near the grocery store and cafes. 10 min walk to the river. 5 min to the main street with shops.
Beds are comfortable. All facilities was great.
We received a dirty blanket. There were three of us, so one person couldn’t use it at night, and it was obviously cold to sleep. It seems the room wasn’t properly prepared for three guests.

We loved the great location, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, buses, and the metro — everything was nearby and convenient. The kitchen was truly well-equipped, with everything you’d need to cook: plenty of pots and pans, salt, pepper, oil, and more. The bathroom was big and comfortable, and the view of downtown from the 20th floor was absolutely stunning. On our last day, the hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, which made our departure much easier.
The only thing missing was a coffee machine, which would have made the stay perfect.

Great living space + all the amenities (washing machine, kitchenette) + comfortable bed
Run down and a bit tired looking (door handles coming off a bit from the door, carpet a bit faded and overturned in the corners etc) + dryer didn’t work + strange smell in the room (had to air it out daily). This being said, it didn’t affect the overall stay.

Unexpected facilities- kitchen area and washing machine/tumble dryer. Great air con! 37 degrees outside…
Need more hangers, bedside light on both sides of bed & more mugs (only 2 provided)

I was not expecting an apartment with a full kitchen. This experience was exceptional. I highly recommend! I travelled alone and felt safe. Walking distance to so much!

Great location in a safe area 3 blocks off Michigan Ave, one block from CTA red line station, one block from a large Harvest Wholefoods supermarket. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with generous sized living/dining/full kitchen and balcony. Our unit 2012 had a lovely skyline view of city buildings. Fob used to gain access to elevator and keyless entry for apartment.
Very little lighting in the bedroom with just 2 small bedside lamps provided, no ceiling or wall lights. Water in the bathtub was very slow to drain so pooled when shower was used. Although washer and dryer were provided they were a bit rough on the clothes. Only 2 pots provided for use on the hob, no frypan.

Great location
My only gripe would be that the room was a little cold on the colder days and we were unable to turn on heat.

Location, building access was simple. 90% was good
Pet friendly included what we hope was a pet dropping stuck in the FR rug. At that point everything becomes questionable.
No f heat. 65 degrees is not comfortable.. Ridiculous!!!
No TV in Bedroom... Spend the $300 and have one installed. We could have at least been warm under the covers while winding down.
Toilet slow dripping ALL the time. That's a $20 fix, no way the person "cleaning" the room doesn't know it.
Tub needs better cleanup or caulking. Bathroom door jam rust drips.
Dresser in the closet is not functional and pretty annoying.

Kasa was a perfect place for our girlfriend 4 night stay in Chicago. The location is wonderful. Nick at the front desk was super helpful and was able to let us in a wee bit early (thanks Nick!). We walked to most places. The beds, linens and pillows were nice and comfortable. The kitchen stock was decent and when we asked for a couple of things, they were delivered quickly. Having the Whole Foods a half block away was awesome for any food or drink we needed. I used the gym which was clean and had a variety of good working equipment. We did not use the pool/bbq/outdoor area but it looked by nice. We felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Very spacious and comfortable with excellent cooking facilities. Plus windows that actually opened was a real bonus! Also we were able to store our luggage for free on our departure date.

Nothing, we loved everything.

Safe and secure location. Excellent value. Extremely convenient to a Whole Foods and the Red line train-only 1 block away! Spacious, light-filled corner apartment with balcony has wide open city views from the 11th floor. Nespresso pods provided. Loved the Malin+Goetz bath, soap, and lotion products! Clean kitchen. The gym was great and consisted of two separate spaces--one for strength/weight training and one for yoga and cardio. Apartment looked like photos.
The grout in the shower could use a refresh (but the lovely bathroom products made up for it). The air vent in bathroom and the vent above the kitchen looked very dusty/dirty which stood out compared to the cleanliness of the apartment. The toilet paper holder was sloppily affixed to the cabinet. A dog barking non-stop on another floor in the early evening hours for 2 out of the 4 nights.

Ample amount of space. Washer dryer combo. Good building security.
Insufficient crockery. Saucepans all very large. No washing up bowl.

The pictures of the place were accurate, so I knew what to expect. The location was great. The check-in instructions were clear and concise, and the staff were amazingly accommodating.
The thermostat needed some tweaking to get the temperature right. Some liquid laundry detergent and dryer sheets would've been nice as well. Also the master bedroom was a little dark, so more lighting could've been helpful.

I loved staying at the kasa that I booked. The views were amazing, windows in every room made the place very spacious. The staff was very friendly, I lost my necklace and they found it and shipped it back to me and everyone was very helpful.
I think the cost was a bit pricy but then again it is Chicago. My kasa came with two rooms, two bathrooms a kitchen and a balcony, there was also a pull out couch in the living room, so overall i think it was worth it once I had got there!
