It was gorgeous
The parking was absolutely outrageous. From the distance from the parking garage to the building also the prices. Imagine carrying luggage from underground level ,to go outside & cross a street, go through the lobby to the elevator, take that elevator up walk through another lobby to get to another set of elevators to take you to your floor , then you now have to find your room….I didn’t even stay the night and I paid $68 for that parking.

The beds were super hard. Our bathroom sink started leaking but I notfiied them and they got it done quickly!

The views of the city from our hotel room and the restaurant. It was a 5 minute walk to the riverside walkway. We didn't use a taxi the whole time we were there. Everything was within walking distance and the people were so friendly
We had an accessible room. I found there was too much furniture in the room to manoeuvre a wheelchair. The distance between the dressing table and the bed meant my knuckles were pretty sore most nights. There is a ramp to get into the restroom, which takes a lot of effort to push over. The distance between the wardrobe and the restroom entrance meant I had to enter it at an angle. The sink was not accessible and the mirror was too high although there was a shaving mirror.
This room would suit a person with a walking disability rather than a wheelchair user. Please please this is not criticism but merely feedback as every disability is not the same.

Very comfortable and nice atmosphere.
We opted for a high floor room but got stuck with a roof outside of our room. Could still see the city but barley

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location
Cost. But when I consider I didn't rent a car and drive in to town from a cheaper outlying hotel, the extra cost was worth it.

Location
Dark and dingy. After being sent to the wrong room, our room had a smell of smoke and there was NO hot water for the shower. We paid A LOT of money to stay at this place and will not recommend it to family or friends

Prime location 16 or 18 floors up. Like being a camera in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Stunning view of Downtown Skyscrapers and Chicago river below. Walking distance of much of downtown. Only 5-10 minutes walk to Subway and city buses. Staff were efficient. A light bulb was out. They replaced it swiftly. Typical hotel breakfast buffet - like most hotels not amazing, but not bad. Plenty of choices cooked and fresh. Super helpful and attentive staff at breakfast, and wow! What views from the breakfast tables! We loved the swimming pool on the 15th or 16th floor. All in all, clean, comfortable.
Only reason it's a 9 and not a 10, is this: could have done with a tiny bit more space in the room. Or get rid of one of the armchairs. And there was an issue with a few drops of water leaking onto the floor when the washbasin was full. We just put an empty trash bin under it, and it stopped as soon as the washbasin emptied. So maybe some infrastructure needs updating. But all in all, hotels downtown in 2025 often ask for $350+ per night, and yes, it's all pricey, but given the going rates we got a good deal. It was a good 3 night stay.

Location and the size of my room and the view from my room were excellent. The staff was very friendly! The hotel was quiet with good security too.
Shower head and pressure was not great.

Nice clean and they were attentive
It’s high up I did not know that and that if you book through booking you don’t get free breakfast

The property was located to many attractions and the Chicago Riverwalk which made it a great place to stay. Many places to dine and attractions were within walking distance from the hotel so no need for driving, using public transportation, or Rideshares.
My room had hair in the bathtub upon arrival. My family and I also found dust in our room. Some of the towels were also dirty. Parking is shared with an apartment complex and located across the street for $61 a day. Parking is not great. It’s very compacted. Breakfast isn’t free and you have to pay $30 each time.

The price and location, great value for money.
Spa and gym opening hours with sufficient equipment. Decent common areas and friendly staff.
Little things
Not very clean; smelly and dirty corridors. Also the gym and pool weren’t properly cleaned and there was some residue in the water.
Ice machine didn’t work
The cleaning staff also failed to make the beds properly

The location was fantastic.
Only one bed for the three of us. one comforter on it. Not a good value for the price. I also asked for a late checkout (by an hour) and they were gonna charge $25. No thanks.

Loved the ground floor entry, lobby, overall feeling and views- see photos. Room was spacious and modern. Great location close to river, many attractions, museums, Navy Pier, tons to do. Breakfast buffet was very good with excellent kind lovely morning staff. Loved the pool for the first two days. Really like ability to stream my own shows. Wonderful front desk and housekeeping. Refrigerator and mini keurig
The pool “broke” and was ice cold on the third day- very disappointing because we specifically chose this hotel for the pool. No hot tub. The tv was set up to stream your own shows but was glitchy and didn’t work first couple days. The evening wait staff were not very attentive and service was poor. The room had one desk chair and one upholstered chair but had room for another cozy chair- sitting area would have been nice. No USB plugs at all!

It is very clean and comfortable
I would’ve liked a closer room to the coffee store. It was quite a bit of a walk down and the windows were very dirty. Coffee was kind of expensive too.

We were bumped to another hotel as wolf point had overbooked. The room was comp’d but we picked wolf point because they had a pool and we were traveling with kids. The ambassador was nice, but didn’t have a pool. Pool was the only requirement in my search filter. Disappointed kids.
