Staff was very helpful and friendly. Called housekeeping for extra towels for the morning and they were brought to our room within a half hour!
I wish parking was not charged and it was included in the stay.

The property was located to many attractions and the Chicago Riverwalk which made it a great place to stay. Many places to dine and attractions were within walking distance from the hotel so no need for driving, using public transportation, or Rideshares.
My room had hair in the bathtub upon arrival. My family and I also found dust in our room. Some of the towels were also dirty. Parking is shared with an apartment complex and located across the street for $61 a day. Parking is not great. It’s very compacted. Breakfast isn’t free and you have to pay $30 each time.
