we enjoy stay at level chicago with complete facility such as swimming pool fitness and many choices lounge. we stay at high level so we got such a great view from the room we stay. it was clean and we could say 5 star flat

Floor to ceiling windows in mixed used apartment. Wonderful location and though they couldn't find our reservation at first, they were very professional and customer focused. Building is clean and in good location.

Unfortunately did not have a positive experience. Had multiple issues throughout including air conditioning not working, having to wait until the next day for it to be fixed. Someone came into our room to fix it and we were having to wait in our room for hours for it to be fixed. We were then moved rooms given it being unable to be fixed.
Our key passes stopped working on various occasions.
I requested to speak to management on two occasions, provided my contact details and was NEVER contacted.
To top it off… not even kidding… a staff member accidentally let another guest into our hotel room at nighttime unannounced. Not even a knock. It was terrifying we had no idea who they were?
I have tried to contact the hotel to come to provide the feedback/ seek a solution and they literally haven’t spoken to me at all.
Very poor customer service.
I will say the front desk staff were lovely and the rooms were nice! But unfortunately could not recommend given poor customer service / stay.
