We had a positive stay at Found Chicago with very helpful staff. The location was also incredibly convenient. The room itself was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but we were in Chicago for meetings and did not spend much time in there. While it felt expensive, we booked last minute and the pricing was lower than the hotels around, so overall, it's good value and I'd recommend it!

Our room was quiet, clean, with such comfortable beds. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing.

We were looking for a lower cost option for a quick overnight in the city - this one looked minimalist, but comfortable so we booked it. The room was VERY small with only one small window looking into a ventilation shaft and directly across from another room. So we kept the shade drawn for privacy and that made the room feel even smaller.
They put us in a room directly across from a room that was under construction, so we were struggling to reach our room with construction workers (who were all very nice) moving carts and tools through the deadend hallway. We were waiting on the same construction traffic on the elevator - it felt like we were stay in a construction zone (because we were) and it probably would have been better to put guests like us away from that noise and traffic.
The bed was OK but the fitted sheets didn't fit the bed, so they were constantly coming off when we were sitting or lying on the bed - which was all the time because the room was so small that there were no other places to sit.
In the end, this place wasn't that much cheaper than other options in the area that would have likely had better amenities with more space. We suggest you spend a little more and stay elsewhere.
