Bad service, bad rooms.

The location of this hotel was great, walkable to many areas without being too loud.

Our first night was fine, just a cheap hotel so we could do some work at the embassy for a move abroad. The second night our whole floor turned into a party. We had to call down to the front desk repeatedly with no resolution. First the security wasn’t there until 11pm to help. When security did show up they said there was no party going on. This happened repeatedly, we’d call down and be asked if we were sure that there was a party happening, we would take videos and show it to the front desk, and still nothing was done. Our room was so loud and smelled so strongly of weed that by 3am we were ready to just find a new hotel. The next night the party started back up by 6pm and finally the front desk just moved us. So we had to pack all of our stuff, and move to a room that clearly wasn’t used recently. The room was covered in dust, the corners of everything had visible dirt and grime, the shower was dirty, the room smelled dusty. We had to move to a worse room because they wouldn’t stop the party floor. I would attach one of the 7 videos I took of the noise issues but booking doesn’t allow videos.

The room was cool, different choices of room/room service, pool was nice and warm.. the staff was very professional and sweet.

Ppl in the room next to me smoking heavily. Takes a while to receive deposit back and early day check out.

They have a really nice lobby.

The deposit is not the same as it says online. It’s 100 per night. The pool is very nasty. The hall ways that lead to the pool is very nasty. The whole inside of the pool area windows included needs to be renovated. They also charged me $175 because my 12 year old niece came on her menstrual on the sheets. It wasn’t that bad I also removed the sheets so they wouldn’t have to touch it. Why get white sheets that are easily stained seems like they’re trying to get money out of people. Why charge? It’s natural. There’s nothing to watch on the tv.

Parking expenses, very outdated

Location was good close to many things.

Parking fee was $50 per night but for guest it is 25 a night. The hotel is very outdated has a bad smell throughout the entire hotel. Rooms are very outdated as well and sofa bed was old and springs almost coming through the cushions.

A great experience for a low cost!

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs! The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable!

The location is in a busy area and traffic can be loud. Also didn’t like that you had to go outside to reach the elevator to our floor, but we also went on a weekend where it was below freezing temps.

We stayed for 2 nights and we had 4 rooms none of the rooms got complimentary water bottles ,even for a single day ….At least couple of bottles a day should be given . The breakfast wasn’t included.

Not amazing but not terrible

The carpet powder they used smelled terrible! It wasn’t a bad place, but my biggest issue is the pool was closed for cleaning, which I feel I should’ve been told when booking. We use the pools at the hotels! That ticked me off.

Notify me if the pool isn’t in service so I can find another hotel!

For this price I would stay again!

Staff is very friendly, especially at the front desk. The rooms themselves are pretty nice, but don't expect a great view. It's very close to a lot of places. Super walkable, we didn't have to uber anywhere. It's very close to the Red line.

The hotel itself is a little confusing to navigate, we got a little lost trying to find our room. It feels dated in the hallways, but the rooms again are fine.

Loved the location. Gentleman in the parking garage was nice and a lot of fun. Front desk workers were friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Wish the rooftop was open later and accessed a different way than through the pool. Hotel was dated and a bit shabby but room was clean. Water pressure in shower was very low.

Hotel was as expected--ideal location and ideal pricing

The best aspect of this hotel was the location for me. I had an event to attend and it was literally down the street (8 minute walk) from that event. Other hotels suggested to me were either too far away or too expensive for my tastes. Another thing I liked was the hotel had drinking fountains installed with devices to fill your water bottles with (like what you would find at the airport). At other hotels (like in Las Vegas), I'd end up having to buy water bottles to quench my thirst.

The room I stayed at had a sort of musty smell to it, which did not make it feel "fresh". I frequently felt encouraged to head outside for fresh air because of that. Also, the access to free/complimentary coffee and juice in the morning lasted in a shorter time frame than I expected, and I'd just missed that time frame when going down in the morning for them during my short stay at the hotel.

Great staff and location, but serious bed bug issue

Location and super friendly staff. We appreciate a lot their assistance and initiative to move us inmediately to a different room. The hotel offers a nice breakfast area where complimentary coffee and juices are available, a couple of small tables to eat, and a small business center with a desktop computer. Special thanks to Wallace for all his help and kindness during our stay.

We experienced a bed bug infestation in the room we were assigned first, near the parking building. We were extensively bitten (counted 40 bites in my left leg), I personally had a moderate allergic reaction that required corticosteroid and antihistamines medication. The manager was bery understanding and moved us to another room right away (this new one in the main building), which we truly appreciated. Nevertheless, at checkout I was told that an inspection had been done and no bed bugs were found, but based of the number and pattern of bites, we are certain it couldn´t have been anything else. It´s a serious health concern, and a shame that the franchise hotel manager does not invest in a full renovation and and a definitive solution, because the hotel has great potential and the staff truly deserves better conditions.

The room was clean and very inviting and the shower/bathroom area was in excellent condition.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at your hotel and have been treated well both times.

The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. One employee even went above and beyond to help us get a taxi when the one sent to pick us up couldn't fit us all in.

I like the location because it was close to all my destinations

The customer service was terrible. The only nice part about the hotel was the lobby and restaurant. The hotel didn’t look like the pictures. The elevator was broke so I couldn’t get in the pool. Also trying to get in between the two buildings was confusing. I only booked this hotel for the pool that I never had a chance to get in. It looked like a low budget hotel outside of the lobby.

Great location to Moody which was my reason in visiting but still more than I’d hoped to pay for.

Free access to hot drinks all day in reception area. Big comfy bed.

Access to room through door 2 outside main door, by parking. Didn’t feel safe at times, especially late with drunk guests also accessing same elevator and homeless guy sleeping behind trash bins when I looked out my window. Restaurant staff highlighting ‘tip’ to be added when I simply requested my breakfast be added to my room bill. Finally, moody discount not much! I ended up booking through 3rd party, just cause Moody cut really not much, disappointing.

Not A Happy Stay

The location is spot on and near everything you trying to get too!

Our bed and box springs was on the damn floor. Not just ours but everyone's because we asked other ppl staying there as well. Then the elevator to the pool was broken. Pool is on sixth floor.....that's a lot of flights of stairs to go up and down for their weak pool, no jacuzzi either! Pool looked a little dirty or cloudy too. I was very disappointed this time we stayed. I may not go this route again. They need to upgrade the entire hotel not just the paintings or paint in the room. And still no refrigerator in the rooms.....

Room service was excellent and we loved friendly Wallace in the garage. He was so helpful and love his joyful spirit. The room was very clean. All staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The walls are very thin, someone sneezing in another room and using a drill or tool above us, woke us up. The bed sits on the floor with no frame, made it hard for my husband with bad knees to get out of bed. There was a small child above us running around that kept us up all night.

Small room with no refrigerator or microwave. No breakfast and no half and half for coffee. Parking very limited and all but a few spots were outside. Elevator in building 2 was erratic. Hallways were at least 80 degrees and needed updating.
