Great location, you can walk to most places including a few beaches. The room is comfortable but a bit small. Complimentary coffee and fruit in the morning is a nice touch.
My room was very dark, almost no natural light coming in. No fridge in the room, which was a bit of an issue for me as I had medicine that had to be kept cold.
Water and ice machines are on different floors, so you have to go around the hotel quite a bit.

Very friendly staff. Liked barista she was super sweet.
Way expensive, but I guess maybe that’s Chicago? Super super loud with cars revving engines and people yelling til about 3am. Windows not very sound proof.
Also got stuck in their elevator for about 5-10 minutes (felt like forever)
