Hotel had good location, excellent breakfast staff, and was comfortable.

Breakfast staff were friendly and hard working. Rooms were quiet even though we were directly across from a fire station. Location was excellent. Parking garage was not too far away.

Items of clothing were still left in the room when we checked in. There was no microwave in the room, even though the listing said there would be. The volume on the T.V. did not work.

Great location, nice view, comfy room, US-standard breakfast

Great downtown location, close to many sights, restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, comfortable, had a fantastic view. Having breakfast included was also a great feature. The staff we interacted with were all very nice, very professional and helped us with all our needs and asks. Providing luggage storage without extra fee until we could check in was also extremely helpful.

The all-plastic single-use breakfast amenities were a bit surprising for us, we would have been happier with proper plates and silverware. The breakfast room seemed a bit small for a hotel this size, it was sometimes difficult to find seating to eat. The breakfast selection is not too wide, would be nice if it included veggies and healthier options, but you could still put together a decent breakfast with proteins. Disclaimer: this breakfast style and selection seems to be the standard in mid-level budget hotels across the US, it's not something this particular hotel does badly.

The room lacked two beds instead of a sofa bed, which would have been necessary to accommodate my family of four.

Room, service, and the exercise facility were all excellent. Location was excellent.

The breakfast staff were 10/10. The standard warm eggs, sausages, etc were a 6/10, no waffle maker or pancake maker - which I really missed and kids enjoy -so that was a loss for me. Fresh fruit was good. Overall acceptable. Maybe A total 7/10 rating. The hotel is no nice and convenient that the breakfast just being ok is still 100% worth it.

Location is perfect, close to the main tourist attractions. Javier and Fannie attention is wonderful, always ready to help.

This is a centrally located motel. Do not expect too much.

Friendly reception staff, comfy bed, free detergent, lively neighborhood.

Breakfast basic like a motel. Use of plastic ware environmentally unfriendly. Breakfast room too cold. Room was only cleaned every other day at most. Room cleaning was not available when requested. I should leave the room when cleaner came. Per my request cleaner started to clean, then disappeared leaving their cleaning items and never came back. Hotel management did not get the room cleaned.

It is obviously an older hotel in a new-ish skin. The refurbishing could have been more extensive. It had old fashioned fixtures, weak shower spray, etc.

Though we enjoyed our short stay, if we had known about the parking charge, we would not stay here.

Facility was clean, room was a little cramped for a family of 5 but it all worked out. Wish the walls were more soundproof. The only thing that made my stay bad was the parking situation—when checking in, the front desk staff didn’t properly explain to us about handing in our parking ticket to be validated for unlimited in/out access, so we ended up having to pay ~$100 for a night stay of parking. Very frustrating. The front desk staff on the next shift properly explained to us, she was a Black young lady and she was patient, kind, and gave us some snacks on the house so that made our frustration go down a little.

Excessive waste produced by single-use plastics and papers at breakfast, lack of a hot water for making tea during the afternoons, or evenings, and also no available kettle. On the other hand, breakfast hours end too early (9:30), and sometimes the amount of food is not sufficient if the breakfast room is full of guests. Also, no chopped fruit available for breakfast (only bananas, oranges and apples that you can take to go).

I loved the view from my bedroom! The room and the bathroom were neat.and clean, the pillows comfortable. The staff is kind and professional, especially the people that attended the breakfast. The location is perfect to explore the city.

The breakfast is terrible, few options, poor quality. The A/C is noisy. If one doesn't sleep well in a soft matress, should avoid the place.

Scared to stay in room .

Great front desk staff

When one of your employees used a key and walked in our room without knocking. Ruined our trip was scared he would try that again. Scared a 8 year old kid so bad that she thought he was coming back. Told the front desk before we left.
